If you’re going to go to a Taco Bell, try to make sure it is this one. Bridgette goes out of her way to make sure your food is correct, while dealing with all the impatient and rude holiday traffic!
I was diagnosing some technical issues for the store and during the three hours here, I have never seen people so rude to an innocent person for no reason. Bridgette handled them with style, courtesy and professionalism every step of the way. She was making food, running the drive thru, front counter and dealing with all these people at the same time!!
THESE LOW LIVES WERE SO PETTY THAT THEY KEPT CALLING THE STORE FROM INSIDE AS WELL AS CALLING THE STORE TO COMPLAIN WHILE IN LINE TO ASK WHAT IS TAKING SO LONG l!!! THEN LIE ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF TIME THEY WAITED.
The whole staff deserves to be recognized for their efforts this evening, it was a madhouse in here. But I would like to especially note Bridget and her performance this evening it was impressive.

I politely requested they make my fiesta potatoes fresh in the past they have been rock hard I said I could patiently wait and Barbara told me she cant accommodate that. I'm a regular customer who will now not be returning because she has refused me twice now. One car in drive through line and a few minutes to cook potatoes was too much for them

They're always quick and ready to make your food. I suggest ordering ahead so you can grab and go, enjoy the rest of the day while you munch away at delicious food and side options. I got a 5 layer beefy burrito, and that thing was PACKED FULL of deliciousness.

Just got home from Taco Bell with my wife ordered to go the 900 dollar box looked like they used a teaspoon to put meat on our order because there was not much meat on any of the items in our meals 😞😞

I think almost every Taco Bell I’ve been to has had the worst customer service. Once we got to the window the order was not what we asked for, yet when we asked the employee on drive thru expo to change the order, they told us no, and that our food was already made. I would hope that if our food was incorrect, that maybe the employee would be kind.

I bought $35 dollars worth of food, & didn’t get my $10+ dollar meal. I drove 45 mins away through town & stopped by there to grab some food to bring back to my kids & I. But they failed once again…. I’ve been going there for YEARS. Today is the day I WILL NOT stop by this crappy Taco Bell anymore as I let it slide too many times these years. Also, the nacho bell grande chips were stale….. here’s your review! I even tried calling & the line is disconnected…..

Update. 6 years later. Best taco bell currently in NWA. Feels like they brought in a fixer to turn this one around. What i mean by that is that incredible management is now currently running this one. If they keep it up I will keep coming back.
