Arrived today at 11:20. Went inside to place my order and was done ordering by 11:26. 20 Minutes later, no food. Started asking around and found our that there were people who had been waiting for over 35 minutes already. This Taco Bell placed priority on drive through rather than in the lobby. Finally just asked for my food now or give me a refund. They opt'd for the refund and I asked for cash, I'm not waiting 7-10 business days for it to show back up on my bank account. Funny thing is, they shorted me on my refund as well! What's worse was, after the cashier started giving me my money back, three other people lined up and did the exact same.Shame on this franchise owner. Corporate should lock the doors on this location.I did call the Taco Bell corporate number, it took 30 minutes to connect with someone but gave them an ear full about this establishment. I did not take their offer for a voucher. Needless to say, going forward, I'll pick any other TexMex fast food establishment before I pick Taco Bell.

Used to be cheap now it's way overpriced. I guess someone has to pay for the touchscreen order boxes and lack of live staff. I don't mind the food. It's just quadrupled in price in 15 years.

the taco bell at2801 se 14th street is THE BEST taco bell to goto! they always put in the best effort and services there! i go far out of my way to eat taco bell almost everyday! it is a god send of a taco bellParking: 2801 SE 14th street, has plenty of parking and Handicap parking with ramp and room for electric/manual ramps.Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly, always smiles and gives the kids a wave, and sweet talking to themWheelchair accessibility: has wheel chair accessibility, and handicap parking, ramps for easy access and the team members will go out of their way to help service you!

Darkness Night

The drive-thru menu was malfunctioning and was not displaying items correctly. Not being a regular connoisseur at Taco Bell, I asked the very esteemed associate, who probably has an MBA from the sound of how interested she seemed in running her Taco Bell Drive Thru Franchise "TM", if she could describe some items she sold at her restaurant. She scoffed and said, "How would I know?!" So... you don't know what you sell here? Yikes. You shouldn't be making food then, lady. And they say minimum wage should be $15?

Worst experience at Taco Bell ever. This store doesn't give you the option to order at the counter, only the kiosk. When paying at the kiosk, it only gives you the option to receive a receipt through text or email. I preferred a physical receipt, but chose to receive the receipt through text. And then the receipt was never texted! The kiosk also doesn't give you the option to just order a cup of water- only bottled water. After ordering, we didn't even see an employee come to the front of the store for 10 minutes (no exaggeration). Our food was delivered extremely slow and I saw multiple drive through orders get done before ours. I will never go to this Taco Bell again.

This new thing of fulfilling your order on a kiosk, instead of talking to a live employee, is really stupid. For one reason, you really don't know what you're doing. Second, it's all about customer service, which doesn't exist anymore. I ordered my food, which took forever to get, but didn't receive my drink until the food came out. And even then I didn't get both cups for my drinks. Because there is no one at the counter to assist you, you are required to stand around and wait for someone to come around the corner. I will never be back to this Taco Bell, or quite possibly any other ones because of your lack of customer service.
