THIS TACO BELL IS TERRIBLE! THIS IS SO STUPID AND RIDICULOUS I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY FOOD FOR 20+ MINUTES.

Placed a mobile order for faster service to be ready at 7:45, I am not exagerating when I saw we sat in line for over 40 minutes, unable to go inside since I had 2 kids in the car. When we finally get to the pick up window at 8:25 our food is still not ready.
Absolutely frustrating and unacceptable for no reason. Very clear and obvious lack of management.

Took a while for my order to come out but they were apologetic about it. The food and lobby were standard Taco Bell quality otherwise.

Greate staff had a great experience, and food was fantastic. The girl who had taken my order was very respectful, and made sure everything was in the bag.

So most places were closed New Year’s Eve & I just needed something quick to eat while on the way to visit with family. As I didn’t look at my food right away and when I got to my destination I noticed my chicken burrito I ordered with no lettuce indeed had lettuce on it. I was little disappointed and annoyed by it cause I have a weird food texture about lettuce on my burritos and I paid extra for sour cream and didn’t taste any on there at all.

The lady that took my order in the drive through was really rude and not nice. Wasn’t paying attention. Said here take your tacos and threw them in my lap.

Stood at the counter and waited over 20 minutes for a Doordash that consisted of 5 items. Incompetent employees costing me money.

This is an absolutely abysmal location. This store has failed to meet the bottom of the barrel standards of taco bell, with a rude staff and utterly gross food you are guaranteed to have a terrible time.

Kid-friendliness: This is not a kid friendly location, the entire staff curses like sailors the entire time they prepare your order.

I have given this place multiple chances. If it’s not the service that’s terrible, then it’s the food. From little to no meat added to my food to the employees yelling vulgar language in the kitchen while I try to eat. Also multiple times I’ve had to wait 15+ minutes for my food. Be warned. It takes alot to make me leave a poor review as I like to give many chances.

I’m sick of this place, and frankly all the local taco bells are no different. Missing items almost every time, tacos have a teaspoon of meat in them, drinks occasionally are flat and prices just keep going up. Also, why is the drive-thru menu half empty and never displays the full menu? Do I need to use the mobile app just to use the damn drive-thru now?
