Taco Bell

yeah, I see why they have a low rating. they missed part of our order and we had to drive back. asked for a free sauce for their bad service, but they said no. this happened today for dinner with a mobile order picked up via drive thru.

This is easily the worst Taco Bell in town. Consistently messes up orders. They don’t care and corporate Taco Bell doesn’t care either. Why do we go here? I’ll give you an example from tonight. Ordered the supreme taco meal, received regular tacos. They forgot my bean burrito and had the audacity to call it a “remake”. I know it’s a bunch of kids who don’t care but does the owner have pride in the business? I know calling and yelling at some kids won’t do anything, this won’t either, but at least screaming into the void on Google makes me feel better. I won’t be back but someone else will… and so it goes on and on and on…

Food was cold , chips were stale had a very bad taste , chalupa was cold and hard couldn’t even bite it save your money go somewhere else no wonder why it was empty red flag

Weird stuff going on here at night multiple employees outside walking back and forth to cars, laying outside the door on their phone, not doing their job, etc.

Among fast food places they all have their own rating. A taco bell here is not the same there. That one in hawaii may have made the best burritos with the same ingredients but it just slaps harder you know?

Now this place, amongst my friends and myself, we have agreed this is the best one. It happens to be closer than the others but that is something that came up during our discussion.

Not only the above, but we also had to really get to the nit and griddy of vote. We took a few polls from outside sources to break the ties.

This one won. It's fast(at least at like 12-2am whenever I usually go). And they actually make the burritos correctly with a fair standard margin of error. I've not had a dried out over cooked tortilla yet. My cheese on my quesadilla or cheese roll up is actually there. My bean and rice burritos actually feel quite girthy.

I do have to give the food quality the 3 star rating though. Cause let's be real. It is still taco bell and it typically hits the spot for certain circumstances. This is not on the staff. This is just on the brand. 3 is neutral. I opt out of that one.

If you have an issue and went between 12-2 am, it's likely just a glitch in the matrix, or that small margin of error we talked about earlier.

The food arrived cold, and to add to my disappointment, the drink was also missing. Even more frustrating was that the fire sauce was absent despite being listed on the receipt. Some may overlook such lapses. I will no longer order from Taco Bell. Today marks the end of Taco Bell, and I will give Del Taco a try. I’m genuinely disappointed!

Ordered a supreme lux box but with a beef chalupa instead and when I get back to work it is a chicken chalupa when I watched yall switch it out before giving it to me so it makes me wonder if you did it on purpose especially when Noone is answering the phone

I came threw the drive thru around ten o'clock at night on July 14th and ordered two taco family boxes one with hard shell box and one with soft taco box and there wasn't even any meat inside the tacos 🌮🌮 there was hardly anything inside of them for 51.00 dollars you would think they would make sure it was correct.there wasn't even hardly lettuce or cheese that's crazy

I ordered DoorDash and did not receive any of my sauces, did not receive my cinnamon twists, my burrito had pico de gallo on it when I specifically asked for none, then also did not have sauce on the avocado ranch burrito, and my nacho cheese gordita taco came with a normal crunchy taco. I am not pleased. I paid extra for these items to just not receive them. I will not be ordering from here again.

Not sure why this store always takes too long for even a small order. I see this every time. Too much wait time. This need to be improved.

Quite literally have never had a good experience here. I don’t want to blame the employees because I’m sure they’re overworked and understaffed but the drive thru line is 15 minutes minimum and then the food is ice cold when you get it. Not sure why I keep giving it a chance.
