Amazing fresh food every time. The service is always great too. They were busy this last time and the waitress seemed a little overwhelmed but she was still super polite and helpful. I never go out to eat (at any restaurant) unless I know I have time to wait because sometimes things happen (like the restaurant being busy). The food is worth the wait. Price is on point. Best Thai restaurant I have been to!

My husband and I both took 2 bites of our meals and had to throw it away. Maybe there is someone in the kitchen tonight who doesn’t know how to cook Thai food, but this was the most disappointing meal I’ve had in years. I don’t want to give a 1 star review because obviously you all have impressed others in the past, but you need to do better than what I experienced tonight.

I purchased crab fried rice and 1/2 roast duck on Aug 22nd...price $35.80. I ordered the exact meal on the 26th, different lady at the counter, price $49.40. I showed her the advertised price online. She tells me price increase. So I had my white friend order the duck. You guessed it, old price again. Please don't buy here, price, race matching, really. I know a thief when I see one.

Today, we had extremely poor customer service at Thai Basil. The restaurant staff seemed eager to close the restaurant, not because of the service, but because they missed serving some items and resorted to rude behavior to cover their mistake. Despite paying the total bill for all items, they failed to provide the service we expected.
Came here with some coworkers for a late dinner. The server had great recommendations and the food was fantastic. The inside was small, but cozy and inviting. If I’m ever back in Bentonville I’d definitely go back!

We order takeout from Thai Basil all the time and there is a specific dish with broccoli that I really like, except that each hunk of broccoli is always way too huge, about the size of four bites. Tonight as we placed the order over the phone we asked if the broccoli could be chopped smaller. They said no, they were too busy. 😱 Sounds like they are too busy for our business.

Food is usually good so we've been here 4 or 5 times. This time they'd accepted a reservation for 30 that filled most of their dining room. Horrible family yelling at each other, management shouldn't have accepted a party that big. We changed our order to 'to go' and when we got home one order was wrong and the other had green peppers that had clearly started to go bad.
