Booked this hotel because their website said the Bistro was open at 5. We thought that'd be convenient. TOTAL LIE.

Super clean. Wonderful beds. Friendly staff. We will be back! This was a good place to stay while visiting our children. Convenient location, free parking. My husband enjoyed the exercise room. Only thing we missed was a swimming pool!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in late January at the Courtyard in Bentonville. I had stayed there previously and the hotel has been completely renovated and looks fantastic. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff clearly takes care of the little touches that make a stay memorable, especially for its elite guests. I was treated with a thoughtful welcome gift upon arrival. In the morning, the Bistro breakfast was delicious, convenient, and the staff was welcoming. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Northwest Arkansas.

Hotel is in a good location for driving to the sites in Bentonville (Crystal Bridges, Walmart Museum). While other hotels in the same category offer a breakfast, the courtyard does not. I had to pay $5 for a cup of decent coffee. Machine in the room was moldy. For a Marriott, it was disappointing.

bed was horrible. we spent all night trying to stay out of the sunken middle. it is so bad....you can clearly see the sunken part with the bed nicely made. zero sleep.....none. I could feel a spring or something in the mattress. a/c was terrible. finally got cool at 6am room #108 TV stand was broken just a bit out dated...but decent room.

I am Gold member at Marriot Bonvoy program, this has been my worst experience in a Marriot hotel, cleaning service is upon request… but no matter if you request o no, you don't receive the service, this was a business travel, once you get to rest to your room you find out no one has came to clean it, and no one is there to help you, you just sleep in your same bed and use your same towels…. I barely could sleep, the gotel is near the 49 highway and the sealings of the windows were almost inexistents, appear to be sleeping right in the higway… As you can see in the pictures the maintenance of the hotel is too bad, I have paid a little more than $200usd per night, but believme, In this hotel, as is now, you shouldn't be paying more tan 89usd per night. I am sure you can find much better options in town with that budget Hope the manager/owner of this hotel reads my review, they need to correct a lot of things here

As father of the bride this past Sat, I wanted to provide nice accommodations for some out of town guests. I contacted Jacob Wiese, the sales manager, back in the summer. He and the staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel special. Thank you to everyone who helped to make this part of the wedding weekend seamless. Jason H

The staff is nice and friendly, but our room was not up to Courtyard standards. In particular, the bathroom was not in great shape. It seemed like maybe the entire room was renovated, but then the bathroom was forgotten. The paint and tile work were terrible. In addition, the mattress was very uncomfortable and there wasn’t a mini-fridge in the room. Overall, it was a disappointment.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything happening in the adjoining rooms. The hotel was fine otherwise, and the front desk people were super nice. But as a light sleeper traveling with a baby, i will not stay here again. On the plus, it is right off the highway.

I had a meeting in Bentonville (groundbreaking, I know) and arrived at the hotel at 12:45 am. The front desk staff was very welcoming and cheerful as if it was the middle of the afternoon. After a long day of travel, this was a happy surprise. The room was clean and comfortable, although the soundproofing wasn't great as I could hear the cars on the highway. When it was time to check out I was greeted again by a very cheerful face (Alyssa) that seemed genuinely happy to help. I travel for business often and the staff at this Courtyard location is as good as you will find.

Don't get me wrong, the hotel itself was great. Great staff, nice rooms. But come on WHO charges there guest for breakfast? Even super 8 s have coffee and cereal, muffins. Never again would I stay here.I need coffee and breakfast to start my day.

I checked in here, staff was lovely. Went to my room and it was awful. Like it hadn’t been updated since the 70s and smelled like it. Refrigerator was loud and drowned out by the freeway noise - because you are right over the freeway. So I went to the front desk and told them politely that I didn’t want to stay there, and could they please waive any fees or charges? They agreed readily, apologized, and I went on my way. They sent me a $0 receipt. The next day, I got a bill for $232!!!!! Which is more than it should have cost even had I stayed for the two days I was booked. When I called they said the manager never should have agreed to waive the fees. But they did!!! Are you kidding me?? Awful rooms and even worse administration. The only highlight was the very nice manager working the desk, I just can’t believe they don’t empower their people to serve guests.

This hotel is convenient and quiet. The staff were all exceptionally helpful. The building really needs some TCL. I am an elite Bonvoy member and stay in hotels 50 plus nights per year. The gym here was the smallest and poorest functioning I have been in for years.
