I went in for a simple Derailer hanger and felt like I was the biggest inconvenience. I was told to “order it direct” next time and when I asked if they sold any transition frames the only answer I got was no. Zero hospitality

The reason why I rate it a 3 out of 5 is because the environment wasn't clean, and when I ordered the BBQ Nachos, I didn't taste any BBQ in the Nachos. So next time clean it right, and put more BBQ in the Nachos.

The shop Manager Josh was a pleasure to work with and was always happy to give me an update on a bike that I had on order for months before it finally arrived. I have now purchased 2 bikes from this shop and would happily purchase from these folks again. Doesn’t hurt that there is good food and beer on tap right next door. What a cool little place with a great vibe and friendly atmosphere.

After visiting another well known bike shop, I ended up choosing The HUB to do the tuning on my Frankenstein bike. Shawn and Matt have been very understanding, helpful, and great conversation. Very precise in the timeframe for the repairs and tuning without being pushy on products. I know where I'll be doing business from now on. The HUB!
