Cool place, but damn… a Diet Coke in the can is $4.50. Could probably come down on these prices a little bit. Currently sipping on my $11 tallboy.

Came in for Big Sugar, flew in so needed some CO2. Was given a very arrogant and could care less service, points to two remaining. Too busy talking with their buddy. Asked for a shop pump and was showing some that I could purchase, I just needed to add air to my tires. I travel a lot and always try to stop by and support local shops. Don't waste your time with this one. One of the worst shops I have been to.

I had some issues with a loose headset on Canyon CF9. I had previously taken it to another bike shop and they didn't fix it correctly. Ben knew exactly what the issue was and got it fixed in a couple of minutes. Ben is a great guy and knows his stuff. Highly recommend this bike shop!

In the bike shop, the guy with the mustache seemed put out that I wanted to buy something because after standing at the register for 5 minutes I had to interrupt his conversation to get him to check me out. So probably won’t be returning. I don’t want to be made to feel awkward when Im spending money.

Absolutely amazing, yall. I went in with a popped tubeless tire. Told the guy behind the counter I wanted to learn how to fix it myself. Got a full tutorial. Bought the supplies necessary to do it next time and had an amazing conversation.

I won't go anywhere else in town now.

These guys were a huge help on my recent trip to Bentonville. My gravel bike was having some shifting issues and the team at the Meteor was able to knock out a super quick same day service (ended up needing derailleur pulley wheels which they had in stock) and also found a few other things that made a massive improvement. Their pricing was also super fair, and as a bonus you can pop next door and grab a delicious snack from the cafe while you wait. By far one of the best bike shop experiences I've had, makes me want to drive across the country to get all of my bikes serviced here now!

Rode in check the place out and grab a beer. Lots of bike parking. Didn't use the bike shop so my review doesn't include that portion.

Great atmosphere for coffee and wine, the 3 stars are from my wife. The bike shop gets no stars from me. I didn’t get greeted and just got stared at, was pretty effin awkward.

Ordered the large Maglia Rosa with no cheese and red onion. It came with six total small tomato pieces on it and a few sprinkles of red onion. The thick parts of the crust were good but the thin middle was burned. Not worth the price.

The good: Superior coffee. Mechanics available at 8 AM and quickly resolved my bike's shifting problem (replaced a worn chain and straightened the bottom bracket.)The bad: Pretense. The mechanics were stand-offish. The clerk who spoke to me treated me as I if I were stupid. Wouldn't speak to me while they were doing their outdoor rideability evaluation. I know a thing a two about bikes, and his recommendations that I needed a new front fork and a new rear shock to stop the suspension noises were bogus. Talk about trying to dupe me into spending money I didn't need to spend.Caveat emptor. Let the buyer beware. Know what you're doing if you walk into this place otherwise you will spend too much. There are several other bike shops in town that, while not open until later in the morning and don't serve coffee, are much friendlier and will give you the straight dope.

The margarita pizza has a spicy sauce on it. It is not spicy because of the garlic (as the staff claimed and argued with me about). I like it, my kids would not eat it. There are not other options for kids. I’m sure this is a great place for adults, but don’t expect to eat here with kids.
