I attended a wedding catered by The Sous Chef, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an event. About one-third of the guests, including myself, came down with severe food poisoning, some even had to go to urgent care and the hospital. The catering team showed up late, was clearly understaffed, and came across as completely unprofessional. What’s worse is that there was no apology, accountability, or effort to make things right afterward. For such an important day, this was an absolute disaster. I would strongly recommend choosing a different caterer if you want your guests to feel safe and cared for.

Most catering companies wouldn’t work with me because I had a low number of guest and Justin and the group at The Sous Chef made everything so easy and efficient and delivered the best steak I think I have ever tasted!!!

The communication was fantastic throughout the entire process and the staff was very professional at each event. The food is also phenomenal! So many guests complimented the food. They say trust your vendors when you are getting married, and we can’t emphasize enough how amazing the entire Sous Chef staff and food was. If we have any more events in the future, we will undoubtedly go with Sous Chef!
