I love this tea shop. It's so adorable. I love the huge selection of teas. My daughter and I also love to get drinks here. My favorite is a chai latte and she usually gets a princess tea with some cookies. When my aunt visits from out of town this shop is always on her list of requests to visit. She makes sure to bring her empty tins so the shop can refill them. You get a discount on your purchase when you bring back your empty tins, which is very cool. The shop also offers unique gift ideas for the tea lover in your life or a gift for yourself! The prices are reasonable and the staff is very helpful. This little gem is worth a visit.

I love everything about these places? some sad Karen and her family walked in while I was there, she gasped and said "OMG it smells terrible in here! I can't take it we have to leave!!" Her husband and daughter lingered for a few seconds then left as well.I thought, they must eat some boring food ???Lovely shop where you can try lots of different spices and not break the bank.

Entering the shop was a delight, scent of spices. Was tourist friendly, yet not gift shop kitsch. We got some items we haven't seen in a while, very happy!

Love, love, love this store. Has so many hard to resist items. Great fresh spices, teas and blends for cooking or brewing. Also a wonderful selection of tea kettles, press pots and other brewing paraphernalia. Plan on spending a little time when you stop by to shop. Just south of the Bentonville Square on SE A Street. A large benefit is there helpful and knowledgeable employees. You're gonna love it!!

The loose leaf tea selection is amazing, as are the spices. We have family friends that visit a couple of times a year and always want to stop by - their teenager is straight up addicted to thr ghost pepper salt. Really great selection and service.

Such a great store! A great selection of teas that I can't wait to explore. Currently, I'm sipping on Earl Grey Creme and it is some kind of wonderful.

Came here to buy spices and they were closed early with the door locked. Obnoxious given that they close early to begin with. At least stay open your full hours.

Yesterday, I had my first experience of going to this spice shop. And I enjoyed the quality of their spices. And I especially enjoy the Aleppo Pepper. And I’ll use the jalapeño powder to make a blend of garlic, jalapeño and black pepper.

Such an amazing place, one must stop even if he/she does not want to buy. It’s an exotic stop to see many different spices, condiments, tea from around the world. I, bring a foodie and passionate cook, felt simply overwhelmed to see such plenty of collections. Small sachets are not expensive at all. Today I bought three kinds of tea. However, I tried and tasted the The Darjeeling tea, which turns out to be pretty mediocre! I would go back again to try some more variety of tea and spices. I like the chilled vibe, which kinda took me to fantasize a spice shop near the medieval port, where businessmen around the world would have brought stuff from around the world! If you are in NWA, it’s a must stop.

So many choice. I could have bought all the teas but they won't all fit in my luggage

I am so disappointed with my shipment from this franchise. I placed the order on 6/11/21 it was shipped on 6/14/21 and I have not received my order yet. I live in Little Rock Arkansas not far from Bentonville Arkansas. I thought I was ordering from the Bentonville Arkansas store but it turns out that my order was placed in St. Augustine Florida!? When I tracked my order it is on its way to Puerto Rico instead of Little Rock Arkansas. I don’t know if I will ever get my order and I was told I couldn’t get a refund unless I get the order and send it back to them. What freaking sense does that make? PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TIME ORDERING ONLINE FROM THIS STORE!!!!!??????
