I always love the idea of going to Tower Bar but the last two times that I went I received poor quality service. It’s relatively frustrating to see an entire bar team (~5 people) on their phones/tablets at the corner of the bar and only offering a “half service.” Places for improvement would be greeting folks more promptly as they sit down, offering water, offering a second round of drinks to people who have less than 1/4 in their glass, and more presence on the floor for their guests. Like, why do I feel that I’m bothering them with my patronage? Today we had intentions of getting a drink, but were ignored by their service team when it came to ordering. I just thought it was silly to see almost 10 people with nearly empty glasses and no bar member in sight on the floor. Could be a great place for BYOB if theyre not interested in servicing their guests, hahahaha.

We had an enjoyable time over a couple glasses of wine. There wasn't any other customers there at the time. So, it was nice and quiet with a view of Bentonville from several stories up. A nice and pleasant young woman, Jewel, served us.

Great place to hang out on comfy chairs and converse with friends. View is beautiful at sunset. It has not been busy when we have gone during the week. Their coconut margaritas are the best ! There is not food at the Tower Bar

Love this place. Lexi’s been at the bar every time we come in and she always remembers us. She makes a cocktail worth bragging about and keeps the mood fun. Definitely a spot we’ll continue to visit.
Visited for the first time this week. The current photography exhibit is amazing. The coffee area is relaxing. I will definitely be back!

One of my favorite venues in NWA for live music, both indoors and outdoors. After seeing so many shows at the AMP, attending the outdoor stage at the Momentary is a welcome change. From Wu-Tang to Emmy Lou Harris, Dispatch, CAAMP, Alabama Shakes, and more; to local acts like Idle Valley, Resting, and Avery Lee & the Sweeties, every single show I've been to at the Momentary has been fabulous. All venues could chill out on the price of drinks (both non alcoholic and adult drinks alike) but I guess that's just how it goes. I definitely recommend checking out some live music at the Momentary.

Lexi was extremely rude to my mother. We ordered an espresso martini, and when it came to the table it looked and tasted like milk and vodka. We kindly ask if we could have an espresso shot poured in the drink and her response was anything but kind. After she remade the drink upon her own accord, the host/manager came over and all that she said was “I watched her pour it” and walked away. Disappointed in the service and lack of kindness shown by the staff in this interaction.

Definitely a cool chill vibe to come and bring a date or to come with friends and socialize. Service was phenomenal as well. You can definitely come here when it's about to be a sunset and get a good view of the sunset as well as Bentonville and then see the night city lights.
