Really disappointing experience here. When we walked in we were told to sit where we liked and a server would be with us shortly.After 30 minutes of no service (let alone a greeting) we decided to give up and head out. The two servers we did see on the floor seemed to have zero urgency.Considering we were ready to have a few drinks(and the expensive cost of said drinks) I really wish we had been met with a good attitude and servers that cared about their customers.Though upset, we ended up at another establishment that served us quickly and with a smile. Tower Bar could learn a thing or two about that.

Worst service I’ve ever had in bentonville. I think the server’s name was Paul (skinny Caucasian with long dark hair). I only saw him once to order my first round. The drinks sat for a long time at the bar, and I saw multiple customers talking over my drinks and getting ID’d which was very unhygienic. I had to go to the bar to tab out because he was not attentive AT ALL. Not to mention the server was gregarious and friendly with all the other tables around me. I feel very dissatisfied with the level of professionalism experienced by this server. I can’t even call the establishment because the number is out of service.

too high of a price for a tiny amount of drinks. Cordial Cherry was 15$ and was served in a tiny little glass and finished in 3 little sips. Service was unatentive, the server dropped off the the drinks and never looked in our direction. The second Server took my friends drink order and it never came so we just canceled it and left. cute place but not worth the price tag.

Excellent service, beautiful space tastefully decorated, unique drinks. Small selection of food, so do not go expecting that. Charcuterie and hummus were the options we had and I think the only options- both were great.

Great space above The Momentary to have a cocktail and small bite to eat. We went right around 5 or 6 on a Saturday and it wasn't too crowded but not dead either. The Lady in orange, a mezcal cocktail, was very good. Service was good and the atmosphere was great.

Drinks were good. Views were beautiful. Service was ehhh. Waited 25m for two drinks. One being a glass of wine. Had to ask our waitress to check in on them. Was told this was the usual wait. Others in our party had their drinks within 5m. Would have liked to order another drink but didn’t feel like waiting 25m. Either our waitress forgot to submit or order or they are slow to make a drink.
