They have some of the best oysters! I love going each season to try their new drinks. The cozy dark atmosphere feels very speak-easy like and is great for a fancy night cap or pre dinner drinks.

I’ve been to Undercroft a few times before and generally enjoyed the atmosphere, but my recent visit completely changed my opinion. I waited for about 45 minutes without anyone checking in on my order or even acknowledging the delay. Eventually, I had to leave.
What truly surprised me, though, was what happened afterward. One of the staff members — the waitress who was serving that night — reached out to me on Instagram instead of addressing the issue professionally or offering an apology. Rather than taking responsibility, she told me that I “wasn’t being an adult” for mentioning the service issue.
It’s disappointing to see such behavior from staff at a place that usually prides itself on its ambiance and service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on improving both the service and the professionalism of their employees.

Very cool speakeasy. We were in town from out of state for a wedding, and decided to stop by at this bar with family after. The atmosphere was a vibe, and the drinks were great. We had fun and would come back again next time we’re in town.

Had a waitress coming around for table service. Very cool speakeasy vibe but there was a table of loud girls there when we went. Delicious cocktails on the seasonal menu. Highly recommend.

If you like being judged for being sober this is the place to be. Will never come back with the lack of respect and awareness. Came in to start our night off with a drink and enjoy the ambiance and got denied to be served to because we appeared “drunk” yet all four of us were completely sober and WALKED from our house. “We can hold a card on file, but will not serve you.” The server left us all in shock as to why we couldn't order a drink? So we left and they judged us all the way out. So if you want to be disrespected and confused then this is the place to be. Clearly need to learn how to run a bar.
1: We were completely SOBER, so figure how to read people CORRECTLY 2: You are a bar and we came to buy drinks refused to serve customers who want to buy drinks 3: thats a real quick way to lose business. 4: Its all how you treat people, that was TERRIBLE 5: WAY over priced 6: Very stuffy and humid

This place is located in the basement of the preachers son. Went here to mark live Jazz off our date night list and loved this speak easy. We love live music and enjoyed every second. The band was perfect for our date night bucket list. We had a drink called jealous lover 🤣 we don’t really drink but it was for the experience and it was the recommended drink. I actually enjoyed it.
We did not try any food. We had reservations at Preachers son upstairs but canceled to have an outdoor dinner elsewhere. Preachers son is still on my list.
The place has dim lighting for a whole mood. All in all a great experience 😊

Great atmosphere. The service is fine. I ordered one cocktail and the charcuterie board. The cheese was half still and hard as a brick and the other half was soft but it was basically served with sliced deli meat four toast points mustard and a pickle. My tab for that plus one drink was $56.00. I expected more. I don't usually review places poorly but this one definitely warranted that
