We really appreciate the Village Inn in Fayetteville, AR, for having free Bingo with nice prizes every Monday from 5p-7p. This week I won a card for a free entree. My hubby and I almost always win something we like. The Bingo caller has a great sense of humor, which makes it even more fun.
We also really appreciate a lot that every Tuesday from 6p-8p we enjoy a free painting gathering led by a professional artist who is very kind and patient. He encourages self expression with a very positive attitude for everyone regardless of their artistic abilities. Village Inn pays for all the supplies, including the canvas, brushes, and paint, and we get to take our proud masterpieces home.
The wait service is alway excellent,
provided by friendly folks who really hustle, without causing us to feel hurried. And the food is always very yummy, with excellent quality, quantity and presentation.
All at a very affordable cost, which is important to us older, set income folks, and appreciated alot by folks with kids, and the college kids, who are also on a restricted budget.
It's wonderful to have a place where everyone is welcomed equally, regardless of all the artificial divisions some try to inflict on our society.
Thank you, Village Inn folks. Your manager, Carol, has made some excellent choices in the many years my family has made this our family gathering place. Thanks, Carol, for your continuing kindness.

First watch: way to loud
Here: lovely quiet bustle
First watch: seats designed to wear you out from how hard they are
Here: great
First watch: sell a kidney to buy breakfast for 2
Here: almost reminiscent of pre-Covid inflation.
Also here:
Refreshed menu, creative, also great if you do keto/carnivore, etc (custom combo menu that is very reasonable - I need a breakfast with more than 3 eggs, etc)
Good humored staff, friendly, very courteous, helpful.
Proof of work, service is what makes a restaurant good. You can do better than first watch. Come here to Village Inn instead.

Hash browns could have been cooked longer and my egg had to be sent back because the whites were not fully cooked
