Vira's Indian Kitchen

The food quality has deteriorated sharply over the past few months. I have been a regular customer at this place for over 3 years. Had their onam sadhya today (which was our 3rd year in a row) and the food was extremely mediocre. Overall disappointed especially for the price we are paying.

I really enjoyed my visit to Vira’s Restaurant. The Indian food is authentic and full of flavor, and the butter chicken was outstanding—rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone who loves delicious Indian food!

I was very disappointed. The food took forever to get. All the other people at my table already ate by the time I got my food. It was so overpowering with curry that I really couldn't eat very much of it and this was pretty expensive for the amount of food you get. Not happy at all.

I had a disappointing experience at the billing counter. The person assisting me, who wore glasses, was unexpectedly rude and seemed uninterested in helping customers. His attitude was unprofessional and left a really negative impression. Customer service should be a priority, but it clearly wasn't in this case. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

No garlic naan. Curry was much better than the butter chicken. Servers seemed bothered with us being there. I have had better in lower Alabama, especially for the price

Had a wonderful experience at Vira Indian Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors and beautifully presented. If you don’t like waiting, then this restaurant isn’t for you. But even with the wait, and the higher prices, the food and service are absolutely worth it! You get a lot of food and a LOT of flavor. Best tasting Indian food I have ever had in a restaurant, and I have been to 4 or 5 others in NWA. I had friends from Kerala growing up that were phenomenal home cooks, and the taste and smell totally took me back! On top of that, the wait staff truly treat you with hospitality. Favorite Indian restaurant ever.
