When you sit down and the waitress asks what to drink and you say coffee and cream, don't be surprised if you get water instead. When you say we wanted coffee and cream, don't be surprised if you only get black coffee...10 minutes later, when she comes back for your order, you can ask for creamSo when you say medium well on your eggs, don't be surprised if get barely over easy. Don't be surprised if your crispy bacon is barely cooked. And that pile of hash browns you used to get, is half sized unless you pay another buck.Not going back. For what you pay, go next door to village inn.

Kat was our waitress and she was amazing! Never disappointed when we go to Waffle House! Way better than Dennys. Sat down with family of 5. Treated like family. We were even able to buy the coffee cups!!
We had the best servicer I think her name was Stephenie. We have been to nice resturant chains and haven't received this great of service. The chef was new and very polite. The food was awesome and my husband said that was the best coffee! We'll definitely to back!

One waitress took our order and another after about 10 min asked what we were drinking and got our beverages. We can tell who is new and who is experienced. Goes with any job.We still love going to all the different Waffle Houses all around the country.Parking: The new building and parking lot are nice. More room in both.Wheelchair accessibility: My wife has no problem getting into the table seating area. Very nice people.
