Save yourself the aggravation, and head straight to Target instead. Walmart has absolutely NO handle on inventory. They can't use the COVID excuse. I've been doing Walmart grocery pickup since well before COVID, and have NEVER received a full order - not even close. It's a guarantee that they'll be out of at least 40-60% of your items, which includes even the most basic staples that no other store ever runs out of. Walmart claims to have dedicated stock for pickup customers, but if that's true, then why is it so hard to fill the order that you place and pay for up front? They don't tell you about the missing items until the last minute. You're forced to shop elsewhere, so what's the point of this service?!? Who has time to do multiple shopping trips? Quit wasting my time, Walmart.

If I could rate it a zero I would. Arrived at the specified time, groceries weren't ready. I called into the actual store the associate told me they were behind and she could not approximate when my order would be ready. When they finally did send the link I could not even check in kept receiving an error message saying the system was down. When I contacted customer service this nut asked was I paying with EBT and maybe that's why the order wasn't processed...what an insult. Finally I just called and canceled my order it was my first and last time ever using that service! What a waste of time!!!

I order online, I try to do instore pickup all the time but this time it took me to curbside pickup and it was my first and last time I do it, I got there checked in on the app two more cars came after I got there they got their groceries they left im still waiting for my order my 3 item order 3 more cars come, by this time I had been waiting for 20 minutes, when I checked in on the app it said "no need to call your order in on the way" this 3 cars start getting their groceries so I called and told them I'm on spot 5 I've been waiting for 30 minutes for my 3 items this happen at Walmart in Dilworth MN

Over an hour later. I'm still sitting here. A girl walked by, threw a small bag in my trunk, marked my order "picked up" and left. I walked back to tell them something was wrong. She said "you can't be back here" did not give me time to tell her there was not $100 worth of groceries in that bag. After slipping on the icy parking lot, I asked for a manager and showed him the charges on my phone. He came back and said the only item I had ordered that they had was one avocado. The credit on my order was about $24 - that would have been the out of stock items. They lost my order . I got my confirmation email, nothing was told me regardo g my order until I sat there for an hour. NO MORE WALMART!!!!! I just have to get Dierbergs to carry my Organic Valley milk. By the time I left I was cold and nearly in tears. What a horrible experience!

I have used curbside many times at Walmart and if you are getting non-perishable, frozen, or other long dates items you're going to get what you need without any issues. At least this is my experience on west Adams in temple TX.....BUT, if you want some salad, milk, yogurt, or other items that are prone to bruise, spoil, or are otherwise easily ruined you may want to find someone you trust to pick up your groceries if you are unable.

The logistics of pick up is all wrong. They seem to overbook time slots and get way behind. I'm currently in a parking spot because my pick up time said 6-7pm. It is 8:27 and they don't even have my order together. I could've done my shopping myself but i don't need the double charge. I need my food before tomorrow. This is incredibly inconvenient. Extremely disorganized.

It took over an hour. They stated we were not in our spot but we were parked there for an hour. They brought our stuff and the guy stated he would get the manager we were promised after the 6th call. He left our groceries in the tubs and dis not get q manager. We wound up having to load it ourselves and never got the promised manager. Wal-mart at Andromatt Drive in Lincoln, NE you need to step up your game if you want to keep my business.

The first time I used the pickup, I waited 40 minutes...I was late to arrive, so that was understood. Now, the second time I used it, I got there in the time slot. I received a text the order will be five minutes late, and then, just five minutes later, I got a message the order is ready for pick up. I parked and waited...and waited...I saw the lady across from me in the parking lot (also in a pick-up area) complaining to her neighbor. 50 min went by and I had my kids in the car getting anxious...I waived at the lady in front of me, and asked her how long she has been waiting - she said TWO HOURS! She has been sitting there for two hours. She gave me the phone number for the pickup. I called them and they said they are running behind by 2 hrs...I asked why can't they let us know via text when it will be ready - she said they don't have control over it. I asked if she can then cancel my order and she said I have to call walmart.com. I could not cancel it on my app as Walmart Ap was merrily stating "we are on our way with your order!" for the past 50 minutes. I called Walmart.com and after 15 minutes got someone to cancel my order. That is just a ridiculous system. There needs to be a way of better communication. It is not a problem the order is late; the problem is to be waiting in a parking lot for two hours for an order that is already ready (apparently not enough employees showed up to work). I still don't understand how can it be two hours behind and yet the order is ready. FIX THE APP, that is shameful. Big company like that!

Received a text saying order was ready, took 15 minutes to get ahold of someone to get set order. Items were missing oh, this is the second time I have ordered pick up from Walmart and it is the second time I have had problems. I think I will just go to HyVee and Target next time. In person

Never again. The items are substandard. The Kimchi was opened and dry, the celery sticks were browning on the edges, The cucumber was small and the potatoes were deformed. It as though they take the nastiest of the lot. Also, they canceled an item and didn't inform me which lead to the usual phone hassles getting passed along, put on hold, and disconnected. I drove all the way back there only to find the item had been canceled. Now I'm going back again to return this s***

Sorry maybe don't put so many customers at the same time if you can't keep up. A few months ago the service wasn't too bad but now there's at least a 30 min and most of the time a 45 min wait to get my groceries and they'll be "out" of like ten items but when I go in they have most of them. Just sucks when I have kids waiting that long because the crying begins. Please think about not putting so many customers at the time.

For the second time in 2 months my order has not been delivered. No call, no text... they just don't show up. After more than 4 calls and over an hour wasted the customer service lied and said some was on their way and would be here is less than 30 minutes! What a waste of time! I'm extremely disappointed from the lack of customer service and the lack of integrity. At least tell the truth!!

I was notified at 5:06PM that my order was ready for pickup. It's now 6:12. I've been waiting 58 minutes. Unable to reach a store manager by phone - terminal hold. Unable to reach the pickup Dept by phone. Told by one of the delivery guys that my order would be right out. It never came out. Several minutes later I checked with another delivery person. There are 5 orders ahead of me. I could have gone in and been on my way home already. I beyond ticked off. This is at the WalMart in Crossroads TX.
