Rarely has hand-carry baskets available. I have seen greeter let people with their pets (not service animals, pets) come in multiple times 🤢. Otherwise good selection and decent store.
Management here is always responsive to feedback. Katie (Katey?) that works the front shows empathy and understanding.
On another note, I speculate on a pattern I'm starting to see: It seems like the turnover is high at all stores and some subordinate (younger) associates come off as afraid to approach their managers with questions and/or display an overall apathy about most customer service situations.
