Went to Wendyâs on 03/15/2025 @ 10:18pm, ordered a jr cheeseburger deluxe and first bite I take is super hard, thought maybe it was bacon (didnât realize my burger didnât even HAVE bacon) and was like no this is tooooo hard. Almost broke my teeth. Spit it out and itâs a chunk of wood.. WOOD. I asked the lady if they use anything with wood and she said they literally donât have anything wood in their restaurant, didnât even apologize or offer anything. This is wild.

They randomly decide to close early (tonight it was two hours early with not even a sign on the drive thru order box just the main window once youâve wasted your time sitting there because theyâre supposed to be open). However, when they decide to randomly close early like tonight they apparently donât know how to do the most basic things to prepare - like turning off online ordering. I will be expecting a full refund at the minimum because this is honestly ridiculous. They literally have their windows plastered everywhere with âopen until 12pm or laterâ but apparently that is not the case, so do not rely on their online hours because it is up to management discretion.

The Wendyâs in Bentonville on Walton in the evenings is pretty rough. They constantly are slow with the simplest of orders. And they close well before closing hours a lot.
It was an ok location, service typical of fast food. Need to ask specifically for ketchup or BBQ sauce.

The dirtiest Wendys. Gnats are flying all around the ketchup dispenser, the ledges all around the booths are super dirty, floors also dirty, and the guy that took our order then proceeded to get our food and drinks together had just been outside smoking - no hands were washed.

This location is starting to make a habit of randomly being closed and not updating their hours in the app to reflect, there have been multiple instances in recent months I've placed an order on the way to work and gotten there to find out they are closed with no other breakfast options between them and my office

Had a very bad day , had given up on humanity and was not expecting the sign from our creator to not give up at Wendy's drive through . But in mysterious ways the kindness and sincerity of the girl that was working the drive-thru made me stop and evaluate. This shows me that I can focus on the bad or I can take the good when it comes and choose to focus on that. Thank you. I wish I'd have got your name. You deserve a raise for your kindness.
