We ordered food and waited 32 minutes in the lobby before the food came out. What's crazy is that the drive through was backed up with four people and there were three people inside.
Some dude from the drive through came in freaking out after waiting 30 minutes. He asked for a refund, but they said they couldn't issue it to him. I don't think I've ever seen someone so frustrated.
After waiting half an hour, we got our food and it was good. But I've never experienced anything like this before.
There is clearly a management issue at this location. I wouldn't recommend going in the evening.

On a Sunday late afternoon...No one in lobby and no one in drive thru. I did a mobile order. Mind you I completed the mobile order in their parking lot. I sat there for a few. Long enough to have my order done or close to it. Then I went to the drive thru lane. I sat their at the drive thru order area waiting for someone to answer me. Then it was a long while before i got my order. Here i thought awesome my food will be good and hot...NOT!!! Ok I live maybe 10 minutes away. Half way home I grab a fry...OMG they are trying to kill you with the salt. The fries were whoa cold. The sprite had no flavor, literally. Get home to eat and the burger was so cold. Yes I probably should have taken it all back but I was not in the mood. I didn't think I could control my temper. When I attempt to do a survey, the only survey they have is for their digital experience. Not a food survey but a digital experience. I am sorry but I don't give a shot about their digital experience!!! This Wendy's is in Bentonville Arkansas on s walnut st. And this is not my first issue with them. I was hoping they might have changed...nope I was wrong!!!

Won't be coming back anytime soon. This was my Grandmother's favorite restaurant, I remember growing up, THIS IS THE RESTAURANT she sent me gift cards too, and I used to love going to Wendy's, but here recently, it's been crap every time especially this location. Long wait times, luke warm food, ,old stale fries (why are the fries cold when there's at least 4-5 cars in your drive thru) orders not made correctly (ex. You dont put salad lettuce on a burger or a spicy chicken sandwhich) and crappy service (your drive thru person needs hospitality leasons) are the main reasons why I won't be coming back. I'll gladly spend my money at Whataburger, or 5Guys. And from the looks of other reviews the management and owner don't give a crap about how poorly run this place is.
The person (Keyshawn) taking my order was extremely rude and had an attitude problem as well as staring problem AND being on his phone instead of WORKING!
