It always take 20+ minutes to get my food My food almost always comes out wrong Tonight I sat in line for 34 minutes before I got my food. And it was ALL wrong. Everything from my shake to my burger. Even my fries wernt filled up all the way…. Idk got to be the worst what a burger in NWA for sure maybe even Arkansas. Litterly just threw my dinner in the trash and will be hungry tonight after I sat and waited over half a hour.

My first time at Whataburger and it was very good. The food was tasty and the lettuce, tomato, and pickles were fresh. The French fries were good too. My granddaughter enjoyed her chocolate shake and my husband liked his brownie. The service was good; the place was crowded but the line went quickly and the food came out fast and hot
