The lo mein was decent but the generals chicken had no flavor at all. Definitely would not recommend this place.

We are in the area from out of state and was looking for good Oriental food & this place did not disappoint. Small & quaint with delicious food - some of the best hot & sour soup I’ve ever had!

Cozy dining experience if you are looking for an assortment of Chinese food on the menu. For the value, food is served hot and delightfully tasty. It's worth the extra drive to Centerton.Vegetarian options: Tofu is available as a substitute protein

Had the Curry Pad Thai with Shrimp and it was absolutely incredible. I love the nice and quiet atmosphere and the service is stellar. Couldn’t recommend this place more, they are phenomenal

Very over rated. Probably the smallest portion size I have gotten at Chinese restaurant. The food was over breaded to appear as they were large chunks of chicken. The eggrolls were soggy and under cooked. Not great for $50 for 3 people.

Ate at Williams tonight at The pointe. It was VERY good. Staff was great and extra friendly. Guess we will have to drive to Centerton sometime to get more. A+

I would have put zero stars for a review but it won’t let me. Couldn’t be more disappointed. Drove from out of town just to try as we were extremely hungry for chicken and looking for a great chicken restaurant. Waited over 20 minutes and couldn’t get anyone to take our order. Never even acknowledged we were there. Absolutely terrible customer service. Hope their food is good but seriously don’t know how anyone would know.

Been coming down to NWA for the last 5-6 years and just discovered this gem! The staff here is super friendly and food is soooooo good! We ordered the fried chicken, tenders and the wings with collared greens, green beans, man and cheese, coleslaw, mashed potatoes and the fried okra and all were so good! Here is my list of favs for the sides in order of best to still good (nothing was bad!):1. Coleslaw2. Collared Greens or green beans3. Fried Okra4. Mashed potatoes5. Mac and cheeseWish we had a chance to try their chicken fried chicken but they were out!!Def recommend this place for their tasty chicken and delicious southern style soul food!

Hands down best fried chicken ever!!! When I think of Bentonville I will think of this place for the rest of my life. These bad reviews are from them stuck up type of people who don’t know what homemade comfort food is.

Poor Customer service from the Cook. I went in on my lunch break. I was willing to wait on my food because I understand it takes time to cook the food. But after asking my waitress how long would it be and she asked the Cook, he was very rude and impolite about the situation and aggravated just because he was asked how long the wait would be. Like I said, I was willing to wait because I have heard so many wonderful things about the restaurant but I will not give my money to a place that doesn’t provide great customer service all the way around. I do want to say thank you to the waitress, Miss Paige. She was amazing and has excellent customer service. Keep up the great work??

Williams Is consistently requested in our house! We don't want any other chicken now, sorry gram... I still love your fried chicken too... cant forget that Mac and cheese, its FIRE?. Do yourself a favor and get extra rolls, you'll thank me later.

Sat down, looked at the menu and was sadly disappointed. I couldn't find the "Soul Food" that was in the name of the restaurant. After eating at The Peach Tree Buffet in Kansas City, Missouri, and several "Home Style" restaurants across The South, I was shocked looking at the menu. I could only find chicken (made about 8 different ways, including chicken spaghetti), and then BBQ, but unlisted meat type. No greens, no beans, and other important things missing. Just sad stopping there for dinner. Cancelled the drink order, and went looking for dinner elsewhere.

Had the chicken tenders with hot sauce and the boneless wings with hot lemon pepper sauce. Both were very good and were pretty spicey.I am not usually a big lemon pepper fan but this sauce really had a great lemony flavor. Will be back for that for sure! They also have really good homemade ranch which is a must for dipping.
