Ordered the lemon pepper wings and hot honey wings. The absolute worst wings I have ever had. No flavor whatsoever dry and disappointing. I called and was told I couldn’t get it remade. Don’t order from this establishment

Update: decided to give this location another shot. Very disappointed waited for a while and not a single person working here bothered to acknowledge we were there. Of course our food was already done and waiting while they were getting and literally eating other peoples food. One of the employees was eating people's food before he put it in the customers bag.
They didn't deliver more than half of what I ordered.

Ordered DoorDash. Waited 40mins for food to arrive. No problem. Opened my order to find out they gave me boneless when I ordered traditional. When I called to state that my order was wrong they said they would give me a store credit. Ended up having to go up to the store to get the right order but I had to wait an EXTRA 45mins because they refused to move my order up for their mistake. After waiting for 45 extra minuets…my wings aren’t even hot. Usually this place is great but tonight was INSANE and a waste of time.

First off, the cashier ignored me for the first couple minutes I was here, and while I was ordering I saw a line cook sneeze into his hand and get right back to work. I left, I would not eat here, and I think the city health inspector should do a surprise audit, that's beyond disgusting; it's willful, illegal food contamination which is a felony.

Food is good and price is great. Just order ahead and arrive towards the end of your time as it will not be ready when you arrive. So if it says ready in 15 to 24 mins arrive at 26 mins to not wait or you will be waiting.
This also applies even if they are not busy as well.

every time i’ve ordered from this place it has never gone well. my first time here there was a curly red hair in my food and it wasn’t my color my hair is black it was red. second time i ordered i ordered online and they forgot items. This most recently i ordered online and they gave the wrong order to the dasher. after an hour of talking to the dasher they went back and got the correct order and i called and asked if the order could be remade because it’s been sitting out for about 45 minutes by that time the woman on the phone was very nonchalant and snooty and was like “i’ll see” after i asked if it would be remade after i said thankyou she said “have a goodnight”. she didn’t seem apologetic or nothing about the situation. Never ordering here again.

The food is always good but you will need to add an hour to anything they tell you online. If it says 15 minutes wait time on a carry out order, I would not show up sooner than 45 minutes after placing the order and expect a wait even then.

We always get our orders delivered or to-go. Never had an issue and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious.
