Not the review I wanted to write, honestly. I wanted to give an unquestioned 5 stars. But unfortunately this was not it.
To start with the highlights: credible bbq. The flavor is excellent. The sauces are fantastic. The burger is perfect.
What’s bad: I ordered 0.5 lb of brisket, a pint of mac&cheese, and a burger. The burger and mac&cheese came out as expected. The brisket, which I was looking forward to, did not. Two red flags: (1) my portion was not weighed. 4 orders ahead of me, each got put on a scale. Mine was not. (2) 30-40% of the brisket was fat. We’re talking big chunks of fat, as in the picture. I don’t know why this was the case; maybe it’s a bad cut, maybe the dude serving the meat didn’t like how I look, or maybe that’s what they just do…
I’ll keep going to Wrights. Just not this location. I had a better experience at the Roger’s location.

Great food, barbecue was awesome, I had the brisket, daughter got a loaded Mac with pulled pork, both were excellent, greens were the best ice ever had, highly recommend! Staff was super friendly, so worth it!

Great place to eat at. I have been to 2 of their restaurants and both have good food and good service 👍🏼
Great food as always, but man I wish they would expand the indoor seating somehow. The line wraps too closely to the indoor booths so no one sits in them much if there's a line. So many flies outside also...they need those tabletop fly repellent gadgets that spin around (like Tavola has), as we spent the whole lunch swinging our hands around fighting them off (they wanted the BBQ as much as we did!). It's awesome to have this place right on the trail, though!

My absolute favorite place to come when in Bentonville! Absolutely everything on the menu is fantastic! Staff is always extremely helpful and polite even when getting slammed by people waiting for food.
We used Wrights catering for my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner and they were a high success. Everyone loved the food and kept commenting on how it was the best they had ever had. Burnt ends, sliced brisket and pulled pork was so good. Our sides were the baked beans, macaroni and cheese, ranch potato salad, green beans, Cole slaw, and collard greens. All were delicious, but seriously the collard greens and greens beans were an unexpected favorite! Would definitely recommend the food for a catered event.

Drive 2 hours to eat here. They had run out of brisket and ribs by 7pm. BUUUUUUT ... I got chicken, sausage, mashed potatoes, Mac & cheese, and ranch potatoes salad. Everything was awesome except the Mac and cheese - watered down, in my opinion. The sauces we great. I enjoyed mixing the spicy one with the sweet one. Great combo! My kid got the pulled pork nachos - very mid. She'll probably get chicken instead next time. Overall, decent experience. I'll have to come back another time and give it a second chance.
