I worked at this Zaxbys when it opened. To see where it is now is sad. The quality is worse then its ever been. They charge $14 for a wings n things and dont give you the amount of wings or figers promised. Do better.

The zensation salad was terrible. I couldn't eat it, as it was gross. I threw it away. If I wasn't in the drive thru I'd return the food for a refund. They are normally great. Even the cheese bites were cold and yucky.

We order catering once a month and this location is OVER THE TOP in customer service. Pick up is 5:30 pm which is a high traffic time in Bentonville. They always have a smile and offer to help me to the car. They go above and beyond every time. They always include tongs and most recently, they went even further and included plates, napkins and forks. In addition to the cater order, I had 2 separate personal orders on my most recent visit. I was really impressed as I had more than one employee helping. Impressive staff and very much appreciated.

Great coleslaw.
Got some of the better salads than most of the places is selling salads out here in Rogers Arkansas in Bentonville area but all around good restaurant to eat at if you are hungry

The management at this establishment requires immediate reassessment. During a recent Uber Eats delivery, a young man in front of me took my order and fled the restaurant. When I reported the incident to the staff immediately, I was advised to cancel the order as they would not be remaking it (came directly from manager somewhere in the back). I complied without issue, yet I later received a warning from uber for accepting this order and taking the food failing to deliver it, as reported by the restaurant. This situation highlights a significant failure in managing deliveries so I can imagine as a restaurant they probably fail too. Threatening others employment due to inadequate oversight and your lack of problem solving skills is disgusting.

Ordered a sauce box and forgot my cookies and almost forgot my Straws before I said anything and my also Ordered 5 finger plate and only received 4 fingers and didn't even get any sauce for my finger plate

The chicken sandwich was incredibly salty. Almost unbearable. The Fries are either partially cooked, or overcooked, very inconsistent.
