Great coleslaw.

Got some of the better salads than most of the places is selling salads out here in Rogers Arkansas in Bentonville area but all around good restaurant to eat at if you are hungry

The management at this establishment requires immediate reassessment. During a recent Uber Eats delivery, a young man in front of me took my order and fled the restaurant. When I reported the incident to the staff immediately, I was advised to cancel the order as they would not be remaking it (came directly from manager somewhere in the back). I complied without issue, yet I later received a warning from uber for accepting this order and taking the food failing to deliver it, as reported by the restaurant. This situation highlights a significant failure in managing deliveries so I can imagine as a restaurant they probably fail too. Threatening others employment due to inadequate oversight and your lack of problem solving skills is disgusting.

Ordered a sauce box and forgot my cookies and almost forgot my Straws before I said anything and my also Ordered 5 finger plate and only received 4 fingers and didn't even get any sauce for my finger plate

The chicken sandwich was incredibly salty. Almost unbearable. The Fries are either partially cooked, or overcooked, very inconsistent.

Group of extremely loud boys came into the dining room and management refused to ask them to leave

I ordered Zaxby’s delivery for an event I was hosting at work. 8 hungry people were anticipating delicious chicken when I received a text from Zaxby’s/DoorDash stating my order had been cancelled. It was right at delivery time. In a panic, I called the store, and it turns out that someone posed as DoorDash and stole my (giant) order! The employee I spoke with, Cole, was amazing. He explained what happened and asked what he could do to make it right for our event. Within minutes, he remade our order and personally delivered it. Customer service like this rarely exists anymore. The food has always been great, but today my loyalty to Zaxby’s was solidified because of Cole.

We ordered quickly and our order taker was friendly and well spoken. Was serious about her work but was having fun doing her job.

Ordered 6 piece chicken tenders dinner which came with seasoned fries, one slice of Texas Toast, coleslaw, a beverage (sweet tea was the choice and the tea was terrific), dipping sauces (2), ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies, along with Zensational salad.

The salad was damn good. Fresh and with great flavor. The chicken tender dinner was excellent as the tenders had loads of flavor, crispy, very large pieces, and the dipping sauce was perfect. Slaw, fries were good. I would've preferred the fries to be crispier than they were. They were still very good.

First time ever to a Zaxby's and it did not disappoint. I'm not from the area or anywhere close. I will say I wished SW MO had a Zaxby's location.
For a fast food joint, I was impressed with the service, appearance of the food, how much we got, and for a fair price for a great food experience.

It's one of the many, many, many chicken places in town. It holds up to the competition, but its real value is the variety that the competition doesn't offer.

$30 meal for two and they charge 25 cents for one single ranch dressing. I’m told this after I pay so they charge my debit card for 25 cents, ridiculous. Never an issue at Chi Fil A, Raising Canes, or Slims Chicken.

My main complaint is about the lack of being able to Communicate a complaint. I ordered a salad and two 4 piece meals. I asked for no coleslaw extra toast on both of them. I ordered an additional chicken strip with my salad because I wanted to give one to my dog for a treat. I asked for extra ranch. I didn’t get the chicken strip that I paid for. I didn’t get the ranch I paid for they didn’t give me toast. They gave me coleslaw and my husband cannot stand coleslaw my main problem with this is that it’s an easy fix. I just wish they would have Let me drive back And fix it for me, but I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I called six times just to get a voicemail every time. Usually this location does a great job the past two times I’ve been there. It’s been absolutely terrible. Also, I can understand cold chicken strips on the salad, I don’t love it but okay fine, but they were so stale, I couldn’t even eat them. I’m just saying if you have a problem with an order you’re gonna have to drive all the way back there and hope that they were willing to fix it for you. The most annoying thing about the whole thing is that they wouldn’t pick up the phone. I would rather come back tomorrow and pick up a ticket strip and a piece of toast but they didn’t even give me an opportunity

Rhonda, the Shift Manager at Walnut Street, Bentonville location, was so helpful to me on the 17th of this month. It was my first time at a Zaxbys, and I was so pleased with the service, cleanliness, and quality of my meal.
