Rhonda, the Shift Manager at Walnut Street, Bentonville location, was so helpful to me on the 17th of this month. It was my first time at a Zaxbys, and I was so pleased with the service, cleanliness, and quality of my meal.

Absolutely disgusting the chicken was so old when you bit into it was hard to bite then on top of that they parked us and the food wasn't even fresh bit into a french fry and it was still cold cuz it wasn't even cooked all the way y'all need to do better before u get sued for making people sick

The food was very expensive for two house salads and soda. The same thing could have been made at home by less than half the price easily and there was nothing fabulous about their salad.

I work a couple blocks from this Zaxbys so it's convenient to grab some fast lunch from here. Jacob in the drive through is amazing and Eric, too! I love the chicken Chipotle tacos and just learned I can order just chicken without having to get a meal! These guys (and gals) do a good job with the food and customer service! Gold stars for everyone ⭐️

So thankful the Blue Zalad is coming back!!! Haven't been here since it was taken off menu. Today it was convenient and learned it's coming back. Service was amazing today. Cole slaw isn't near as good as KFC.

Every time I go to Zaxby’s, the order is exactly how we ordered. Never anything missing or done incorrectly. Our last visit we interacted with Rhonda at the front cashier and she was super friendly!
