Whoever runs this place is a rockstar. I wish we had gotten a ziggi’s sooner! The coffee around here is nothing compared to Ziggi’s. Highly recommend!

Oct 10,2025 First time at this location, I was refused service due to arriving at 6:55pm and they close at 7pm. I was unaware closing at 7pm means closing 10mins before. I request the door sign be changed to reflect true closing times.

I ordered a coffee to go, and the first thing I noticed was the cup size — the medium here is noticeably larger than what most places offer. I tried the Colorado Mocha from their coffee menu, but it didn’t quite hit the mark. It was overly sweet, and the coffee flavor was barely there. I could hardly taste any of the coconut or almond notes that were supposed to stand out. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience. Maybe their other drinks are better, but this one just didn’t work for me.

My partner is gluten and dairy free and enjoys ordering Ziggi's since it's one of the few places they can eat from that makes substitutions for common breakfast foods. However that means nothing when nearly every time we order from there, our food is completely incorrect. This has happened several times and today was just the final straw, she ordered a gluten-free breakfast sandwich with no cheese because she has an allergy to dairy and for some reason her sandwich came with cheese. This is not the first time this has happened, she's also ordered gluten-free food from Ziggi's and received an item that explicitly says it has gluten in it. This isn't after a one-off accident or even two times. It comes off almost comical and intentional at that point, and it's frustrating to think that not even an ounce of care is being put into preparing foods with allergen needs. From our perspective, it's as if right after making our drinks they immediately stop caring about the rest of our order, because our drinks are always correct and delicious. I don't like to go out of my way to complain about a business/crew, but this is an infinitely frustrating pattern.

I ordered a matcha with coconut milk, sf raspberry syrup, and sf raspberry cold foam and omg it was so good. A bit pricey and a little bit of a wait but I think that’s because the sweet girls made sure to make the drink perfect.
