Got sick food not that good there they took money from me 2 times they said it would be back in my account never did try to scam me I think bad on manger they need to clean up the place every time I was up there they was out side smoking never will go there again and eat

Gone there several times there's lady who works there any everytime shes there i know it's not gonna be enjoyable. She is extremely rushy and snappy even when there is no one except my vehicle in the entire parking lot. Also the order is almost always wrong . Unbearable service it's not that hard

I’ve been here 3 times 2times after a school event for dinner and today for lunch. I tried to chalk up the bad food and service to being later in the evening but today we went for lunch and the extra crispy chicken was soggy!!!! That’s very discouraging! The staff however were extremely friendly just disappointed in the food seeing how it’s almost $80 for the family bucket and we threw it away.

Ordered drive through, they took 20 mins after asking us to park. 3 cars deep waiting. Food wasn't bad. Tenders were a little over cooked.

I usually don’t leave reviews for fast food places but three back to back failed attempts to get the chicken tenders I wanted warrant a negative review. The first I pulled through the drive through at 8:30 was told no chicken tenders or sandwiches. The second time I went inside the lady behind the counter was loudly shouting at a customer about a biscuit so I didn’t want any of that mess. The third and final time today I checked to see if they were still running a special menu item online and they were so went inside to order was told by the dude behind the counter that what I wanted to order was an online special and he couldn’t sell it to me unless I went online to order it. Since my phone was in the car I got in the car and left. That’s just lame. Standing at the counter and they would not sell me the chicken I wanted to order.
Never again. I was on a time limit and had to be somewhere by 7pm! These two ladies were talking rudely out loud completely ignoring me. There was absolutely no rush what so ever and they were in complete disarray!! I finally walked out.. as an experienced manager I would be addressing bad work performance and implement corrective actions immediately and take disciplinary measures! This is bad for business!!

my wife has been standing at the front counter trying to get her order for 17 minutes!! There is only one person in the drive through and her at the counter and can't get served this place is ridiculous 😑 never are we coming back here. They were slamming stuff and touching everything with no gloves gross with money handling! I believe this place needs better help

Food is was mid and there was a RAT running across the floor INTO THE KITCHEN!! Very concerned someone send a health inspector.(sorry I don’t have a picture it ran to fast into the kitchen…) looked like it got through a hole in the drive through door(not sure though) but ew( ps… food got worse) DON’T GO UNLESS YOU LIKE RATS!!!

Stood at counter for over 5 mins before anyone even acknowledged we were there. No other customers were in restaurant. We arrived at 8:30 when their lobby Closes at 9. They were extremely rude and did not want to serve us and then said they don’t even have enough chicken. 😤 The drive thru closes at 10…how they going to serve people for another hour and a half when they don’t have any chicken?! 🤔🤯
