First visit the lobby was quiet and everything was great. Second visit things were a little hectic, very busy at lunch time and some orders were getting mixed up and mistakes were made but the crew was still nice and seemed to be trying to fix things and be helpful.

They dont care. If you order online and select light on a sauce they obnoxiously put more where its almost impossible to eat. If you dont like your job quit. This has happened a few times here amongst many other issues. Worst McDonalds around. Go to Eureka or cassville if you can, avoid this one.

We couldn't get our food! The little boy that came out yelling at 2 women because they say waiting on food for over an hour (nuggets) in the parking lot. The little boy would say these things to the women but not men. So we see what this McDonald's hires! Also by the way this night went Id also say they are VERY unsanitary! Stay away from!

Counter clerk had difficulty getting our order entered. All the tables were dirty so i had to go back to the counter to ask if someone could clean a couple tables--there were 5 in our party. Half the order came out; several minutes later, the rest of order came with duplication of first part. Glad we weren't in a big hurry!

On a regular basis they give me the wrong food at the drive-thru, or get my order wrong & I have to turn around, park & go inside to get it fixed.
2nd morning in 2 weeks after 6 o clock and still not open. Please set your location to not accept mobile orders if you’re not going to be open. Now I have to wait a week to get money you took out immediately. Tired of you not being open. Sonic is open at 6 fyi for everyone else that would like some breakfast. McDonald’s do better!!

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Service is horrible and the staff was taking their sweet ass time even with the drive thru full. I ordered with the mobile app and showed up and saw the line so I went inside and tried to get my food there but was told I’d have to go back through the drive thru that there was nothing he could do. I ended up waiting around 30 minutes in the drive thru and another 10 just for someone to come to the speaker. After I got to the window it was clear they all had their thumbs up their asses.

So far I’ve been in the drive through for 40 minutes… this is absolutely ridiculous. This place definitely takes the fast out of fast food.
*update, it ended up taking right at an hour to get 4 mcchickens and a 10 piece nuggets

I could have gone to a sit down restaurant for the amount of time it took waiting on our food. I ordered on my lunch break and never got to eat because I had to rush back to work before the food was out.

Workers will ignore you when walk up to the register to order. Orders are typically wrong. If you want fast food this is not the place. Usually 15 plus minute wait for your food.
