I ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets and at the drive up window they only gave me 3 BBQ sauce I asked for extra since it's 20 piece. I also had multiple other meals also.The employee said no we only give 3 BBQ sauce for 20 piece. This is ridiculous they charge for extra so I gave my entire order back. More people need to bring this to McDonald's attention were already paying ridiculous money for junk food i feel I am entitled to an extra BBQ sauce for 20 mcnuggets!!!!! Shame on you McDonald's 😕

We just got home from buying McDonald's and we order large French fries and this what we got. The fries was less then half full and cold. Im getting charge for almost $4 each fries for them to be stingy with it. If I wanted a medium or small fries I would have oder it. But I order large fries cus we wanted to eat a large fries not a medium. I have gone to McDonald's 3 times theses week and our fries has been like this all 3 times. Im really disappointed with them.

Mc Rib teast good. Pork taste like Thai Moo Ping.
Today My sister request some pickles & onion but nothing ... and I see that when order and not say finished yet they hang up by immediately. Then we pick up order, a guy really hurry and not good service and had boring moody or feel not good service 😒 to us. The last spot we wait food long time a bit that may be because my order had MC Rib then a girl bring my Mc Rib serve us in car with grumpy face.
Make me feel not good with this place and not enjoy to come back this Mc Donald anymore!!!!! Thank you
The floors are like walking on a poolof Grease. The customer service is horrible it seems like all the little children that work there that somehow became managers hate having to do their job and be there. And I can't figure out the difference between a vanilla iced coffee and a caramel iced coffee. Every time I order a caramel coffee they still force a vanilla coffee on me I even asked the lady at the window is this a caramel iced coffee she said yes she handed it to me I took one step and it was a vanilla coffee and when I told the lady at the window she just sighed real heavily and I said never mind I just went ahead and went with it the laziest crew at any restaurant I've ever seen in my entire life and the most filthy McDonald's I've ever been in.

Unprofessional at best. You will have to wait an exorbitant amount of time for your food every single time you order ANYTHING. Once you get your food there is a 65-75% chance of your order being wildly incorrect and/or disgusting.

Do not eat here. Staff is poorly trained and uneducated! They just couldn't get my order right. Then I was handed the wrong order. When I was handed my order it was wrong! Thought it just may have been a mistake things happen but this morning the lady at the drive through couldn't get my order right again. I pulled off. Stay away

First visit the lobby was quiet and everything was great. Second visit things were a little hectic, very busy at lunch time and some orders were getting mixed up and mistakes were made but the crew was still nice and seemed to be trying to fix things and be helpful.
