Absolute worst service of any Pizza Hut I've ever been to and that's been a lot in the last 40 years. Will never eat at Pizza hut again ever. 4 years later and they still have not learned to use pizza warmer

The pizza and pasta buffet is back! Great place to eat after church on Sundays...
Waited 15 minutes to be noticed as the waitresses visited and giggled. Never came back once they delivered our food. Could not get waitress to come back and check on us. We had to finally go up and get to go boxes so we could leave.

Took over 1/2 hour to get my pizza, and hardly anyone in the place. Pizza was warm, not hot, when it arrived at my table. Also missing 2 ingredients. Mgr didn't believe me on no extra cheese. Had to show him a picture of the pizza I took before I ate it. Soda machine wasn't working. Had to buy bottled soda with no free refills. The only thing that saved them from a 1 star was that the pizza, like most pizza huts, still tasted good. And, after seeing the picture, the Manager did remove the extra cheese charge from the bill.

Went to Pizza Hut tonight with my husband only to be handed our menu told we could find a spot which was fine figure she’s busy. The next couple came in and she seated them. Throughout the whole thing she was waiting on everyone around us including the ones that came in behind us and not us although they were at the table beside us. Cleaned the only dirty tables in the place which was mostly empty. All in all she waited on the ones that came in after us at the next table but not us. We got up and left. Do better guys! Do better!

My Food from here is always good, the service is unbeatable but the atmosphere could use a refresher for sure, a little stale and a lil ran down looking!!!

App said order was ready, I waited behind another car for 10 minutes only to be told order wasn’t ready and asked to pull to the side. After another 15 minutes I went inside to determine status. They couldn’t find my order and it wasn’t on the screen anymore. I asked to speak to manager who investigated and informed me they’d accidentally made medium instead of large so they were remaking without informing me. Told her I couldn’t wait and asked for refund. I ended up going home with the cold medium that had been sitting there my entire wait time plus drive over and a partial credit.
The manager and staff are very hospitable, place is clean and the pizza is fresh. Can’t speak for their past but the staff rn is the best. I recommend you go try this place out, I will definitely be going back!!!
