I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt and probably 10 separate “second chances”. Please save yourself from a crappy experience and go literally anywhere else. I have never had a pleasant experience with this location. The person running this place needs to wake up and get it together.

Dined in for the buffet. After our waitress took our drink order we hit the buffet we sat eating for 30 minutes and nobody came to check to see if drinks needed refilled or if there was any plates to take away. Restaurant was not that busy but drive-through may have been.

Waited for 10 minutes on wings for rest of order, not a big deal and then when I get all they way home the wings are dry and I clearly ordered buffalo mild! This has happened too many times now, if the little kids working up front cant do there job you need someone who can!

Pulled up to get our order the manager starts looking for our order then comes back to the window and says it will be 15 minutes so they forgot to make it or gave it to someone else.

I've never seen a pizza with sooo little on it in my life!!! Wasn't even worth the effort of eating!!! There's more ingredients in a cheap pizza at the frozen food depth. in the grocery store.

Will never eat at this location again. Rude, overcharged and GM was definitely not wanting to have any resolution. We will be enjoying our slice's at Jim's pizza it may be more but reliable and polite.
