Spent money on this unicorn slush and they didnt tell me they were out of the straws. It tasted terrible and i only bought it for the straw not the drink. Start telling people when your out of stock on an item like that.

I had issues when I ordered from the jump. I ordered the southwest queso wrap w added jalapeños and onion. no tortilla strips. No onion, jalapeño or cheese. The chicken was hard as a rock and I could barely rip it apart in front of the manager who came out to see the issue. The chicken nuggets I ordered were RAW!!!!! I also ordered a drink some fries and a pretzel the queso wrap and some chicken nuggets. I was given something completely different. I was given a soda when I ordered a slushy with some stuff added in. Maria. the manager apparently?? came out. She had regular clothes on and hair down To the point some of her black hair flew from the wind out and CAME INTO MY CAR. She smelled like marijuana so bad to the point it made me nauseous. I’m pretty sure she was under the influence in the moment as well. When I asked her if my entire order could be remade. She said “no I cannot remake your order” I asked her why she couldn’t and she said she was simply “to busy”. I told her that’s fine I would wait. She proceeded to raise her voice at me with the worst attitude and say my team is not going to remake it. Sorry. and then she walked away!!!! I left very mad. Hungry. Upset. I don’t even drink soda so I threw away the soda . I didn’t even get a cup of cheese to eat my pretzel. I couldn’t eat the wrap or the chicken I got either!! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’m really disappointed that sonic would have someone like this working and MANAGING a store. I got no refund. no food and had a 2 hour drive home after not eating all day. absolutely ridiculous. This was pure laziness. Dirty. And NOT customer service friendly. I don’t understand how someone can even mess up this bad!!

Okay it's an older sonic not very appealing but I just wanted ice cream what could go wrong? Almost 3.00 for a micro hot fudge sundae. Smallest thing ever. Next time I'll go to DQ in Eureka

I had the worst experience at sonic the other day. I am a regular, everything is always usually fine. But this particular day, I went to get my usual order ( #1 plain with mozz sticks and a Dr Pepper) Everything was wrong. I politely asked for the carhop to come back and correct my order. Maybe 20 minutes later! making me very late for my lunch break a manager finally came out. Her name was Maria. She took me off by the stench that was coming directly into my car. I thought that’s okay, she’s a fast food worker. But no, as she got closer to my window all I could smell was weed. Very heavily. She asked me what the problem was and I told her. She immediately caught an attitude with me and told me to get over it basically saying they were too busy to correct it and I was wrong. Then proceeded to laugh at me as another worker approached my car. I will never come back, it’s so upsetting because this was my go to for lunch.
I had 2 foot long coneys. It was only luke warm. The hotdogs was cold, definitely not the best experience I've had at this location.

No fork provided w chili cheese tots. Two napkins. Mozzarella sticks were hecka fresh and SOOOOOOO stretchy. Delish! All fresh and delightful, but eating chili cheese tots with fingers on 1½ drive home, not so cool.
Carhop was SUPER friendly too. Best Sonic experience in a whIle.

We had ordered one medium and one small chocolate shake as well as a medium strawberry shake! Watched carhops going in and out! One male was very friendly with other customers but a female always looks mad or unhappy! My husband got tired of waiting on our shakes and it had already stated that Ana was on her way with our order and he waited about 5 more minutes! So he pushed the call button again and the girl that answered said she would see what was going on! Then the girl came out with no smile and very quickly handed us our order and my husband said thank you and she didn’t say anything and walked away abruptly! Our shakes were already melting and didn’t even taste very good! Sorry to say we won’t be back there for anything else! 👎🏻
