All i can say is fire them and start over, rude, doesn't listen, kept making mistakes, named off orders that wasn't even mine, waited 30+ mins for 2!! 2 freaking sandwhiches!! Hire someone who actually do their jobs. Never return

I went there 3 weeks ago and received the worst service but I went back and thanks to I think her name was Samantha or Stephanie she changed my review for 1 star to 5. Absolutely amazing customer service fast service quality product. Not sure if she is a Manager but she needs to be. Great job, I'll definitely be back!

Don't go here they rip you off. I was using a gift card. The amount was more than on the gift card so I told her I didn't have enough and to take off the chips and drink. She said she couldn't. I don't know why I did not open the chips or use the cup I never left the counter. I didn't have the difference on me and left to get it but thought twice after I saw her mess with my sandwich wrapper 😳 So they got my 13$ I had on the card and my sandwich! What a rip off.

We stood n line waiting for the two people in front of us to get their order completed for 15 minutes. The young man making their sandwiches was obviously new and doing the best he could do. The other three employees behind the counter were doing nothing. I asked if one of them could take our order and was told no. Not impressed.

Last time I ate at the location in Berryville the lettuce was very slimy and I couldn't even finish my entire sandwich. I have been to Subway in Berryville about 10 times and each time the quality seems to get worse and worse.

We had interviews in Berryville all day, and decided to go to Subway for lunch. I waited in line for awhile and was watching the server. He had gloves on, and kept them on while giving the change back to the lady as she paid for her meal. Then, he kept the same gloves on and got jalapeños out with the hand he had the change in. I left deciding to drive all the way home(2 hours)to go to our very nice, clean Subway in Springfield
