I’ve been a Taco Bell customer for over forty years, and I have to say the service I received today truly stood out. Our window person, Chris, went above and beyond with kindness and professionalism. It’s rare these days to meet someone in fast food who treats every customer with genuine care, but Chris did exactly that. His positive attitude made the whole experience better, and it left a lasting impression.
The food was fresh, the order was accurate, and the service was excellent. Thank you, Chris, for setting the standard of customer service!

At least they managed to get everything I ordered in the bag…. If you are okay with having to wait an additional 10 minutes for sauces you paid for then being questioned for it, and your food is missing 90% of its ingredients. If you’re good with paying $60 for tortillas… this IS the place for you. Chicken quesadillas (view picture), hard and soft tacos the exact same way.

Berryville taco Bell ,is the worst place to eat in Berryville! There is no body to help you, if you need it! They have changed to computerized service! You have to try to figure out how to place your order! This place has a very bad atmosphere,because of this! Want my opinion, take it out put in something else,! Doubt this restaurant will be there in anther 6 mounts!

Do not go here. They lack in customer service and in food service. The workers act like the food is coming out of their paychecks. Here's a picture of 1 of my items and the others were worse from this restaurant. I'm a trucker so I couldn't go back to get my money back. Would rate a 0 star if I could.

The place was nasty. All the employees were on their phones. The only person that was actually working was chaceson. Someone that I’m assuming was on a break and coming back had to inform 4/5 employees that someone was up front and an order needed to be made. This was at 7:30pm.
