Stopped by because I heard the Philly cheesesteak was good. I'm picky about the claim of a good Philly as I have traveled a lot and Charleys in Queens ruined me. NOT disappointed!!!!! These guys are my new favorite Philly Cheesesteak spot now. Awesome service and great personalities to go with it.

Two words: FRIED MOZZARELLA!! Omg best mozzarella I’ve had in a longgggg time! Soooo cheesy and with that perfect stretch you look for in hot cheese sticks- even though these are rounds :). The tater skins were HUGE, good flavor but too much potato, so that’s what I tasted the most over the cheese and bacon sadly. Next me and a friend decided to split the Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap and the famous Philly on real Philly sub bread as the menu says. They were so nice they cut both in half and split them in two boxes for us. I really appreciated that. The Caesar salad wrap is exactly as it sounds- it’s just a Caesar salad wrapped in a big flour tortilla, I’d personally just have a salad, it was good but the croutons were soggy and I wasn’t expecting them for some reason even though it said it on the board. Now the Philly meat was good. I was sad the peppers and onions cost extra being that it was already a $14 sub. Mind you the beef is local but still, it was on the smaller side, especially compared to the wrap. It was good, just tasted like it was missing something is all. We also ordered a side of fries (it’s ala cart) and LOVE that they are homestyle but maybe ask if they can season them because we didn’t taste any seasoning. I took them home, tossed them in some spices and air fried them for a couple mins and they were delicious after that. All in all, some great folks with some nice local beef and omg, do yourself a flavor and get the mozzarella. I’ll be back for these bad boys! Also for my plant based friends- they have the BEYOND burger!! Woohoo!! ????????

I only got to eat here once while on vacation, but it was DELICIOUS! The staff were very sweet and professional, too! I just moved to Arkansas, so I'm disappointed this place closed down. I was looking forward to dining here again!EDIT: Happy to know business is still going and that there will be a new location opening up. Looking forward to dining here again! Thank you!

Closed permanently. I hope no more restaurants come into this space. It's a terrible location.

First time to 401 Grilled and we were not disappointed. We only ordered hamburgers but they were really good and the fries were great. Service was perfect.

Ended up here for late lunch. Wow a great decision. The Philly steak is amazing. The atmosphere was very nice and warm. The owners came out and talked to us, very sweet and nice folks. Will be back asap. Best food we have had in HSV so far. They actually ship in bread frol Philly for these sandwiches!!!!

Nice little place that has recently opened up on the west end of Hot Springs Village. I came here for lunch with a friend and we both had the most delicious sandwiches. My friend had a panini and I had the Wagyu Sliders with onion rings. Food was delicious, plenty to eat and the Panini had a lot of meat. Prices are good and we had good friendly service. I came back with out of town company for lunch and everyone really enjoyed their meals. I would highly recommend this place and will be back. I do hope the owner gets a little music in there to breakup the silence, but great place!
