I just ordered a chicken sandwich Deluxe with fries and an extra dirty rice and upsize Pepsi. Everything was super fresh, the manager came out and gave me my order with a little fold at the top of the bag. I wish every fast-food restaurant encounter was like this. Outstanding!

After driving my shift, I just wanted some fresh food. I thought my eyes were deceiving me when I saw the Bojangles inside the love's truck stop. I placed my order and told the cashier that I hadn't eaten all day (7:41pm) and I just would like a fresh Chicken Sandwich Deluxe, then I reiterated it again (I didnt mind waiting). She politely turned around and told the crew that he would like everything fresh please. When I got my bag a short time later, I could feel the heat coming through the bag. Grabbed a couple of fries before I got to my truck and they were hot and fresh, no parking at Loves so I had to travel to park. 10 minutes later I bit into my chicken sandwich deluxe and it was still hot and juicy. Made my day, not to add the Pepsi mix was perfect. I say all this to say, Im from NC where Bojangles and Pepsi began and I grew up on both and know how they should taste. All perfect, Thanks.

Today was my first time trying Bojangles. I told the lady that worked here that I’d never been and she was very nice and patient. Bo Special sauce is AMAZING. Excellent in all areas.

Food needs to fresh and hot when ordered. Not food that has been sitting that is cold. Employees need to be more professional and act like they want to work. They were all sitting around talking and on there phones when I walked in.
