This morning Dec 23 apparently a lot of people did not show up for work. The manager was standing outside talking to someone in a car by the door. She was cussing and raising hell about that. I knew my experience was not going to be good . I went in and she came in and was very short with me, I asked if she had bacon and eggs. No reply just run it up and called out an amount. I paid. Then very quickly it arrived and was a bacon and egg croissant, I just wanted the back on and eggs. But ok. Nowadays no one wants to work, get used to it. It's the product of growing up with absent parents. But don't bring that to work, especially a Manager. You should have known the people were going to call off, I knew it beforehand as a manager.

Had the impossible burger as there aren't too many plant based choices around. Just don't add mayo it then it is fine. Decent service, pretty clean for the most part, and decorations for Halloween.

We stopped here for a whopper waited 25 mins and the food was cold! The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked for my money back! I don’t mind waiting for food if it’s fresh but if I wait 25 mins and my food is cold I am no longer interested in the food at all! I am not sure who is running this store but they need new management!! It’s unfortunate that I will never visit this establishment again and I will make sure no one i associate with will either! Serving cold food can kill someone needs to be handle immediately!
