This place is terrible. Firstly the bathroom smells like the septic is backing up. The service is super slow and poorly trained. The manager included. The server was sweet, but food took forever. Then we didn't receive one side of fries. Our salad came after everything else and was dry no dressing, shrimp plate was actually popcorn shrimp. Manager refused to take the salad off, though she was surprised we didn't get dressing. It was $14 salad we were charged for and couldn't eat. Head manager wouldn’t even come out. Never will come back!!! Hope the health inspector checks their sewage out. Gross.

I went to this restaurant and the waitress was respectful and helpful but the food was not that good on the day I went there. I ordered a loaded potato and the potatoes were no good and the fish was cooked to hard. But everything else was good.

Visiting from TEXAS and this was the worst steak I have ever had!!! The steak had no seasoning. The waiter informed me that the steaks come PRE-SEASONED!! Then offered to put the steak I had eaten back on the grill and add additional seasoning! For one that’s cross contamination! The waitress wasn’t knowledgeable about the food being served. I asked if I could have sautéed mushrooms and onions. Apparently, this was too hard to comprehend for her. She went to refill my tea and never came back! I also asked if I could have grilled shrimp. I was told they only have precooked shrimp that’s fried. The atmosphere is very old with a sheet up over a wall. I wouldn’t take my mother or a family member here if I wanted a good steak experience. The manger didn’t bother having customer service about the food. She stated I had to pay for the salad and tea. In my opinion that should have been complimentary! Then they charge a $1 for a half filled cup of salad dressing. I will not return and hope this review help someone from out of town find a better place to eat! Apparently, locals like this place which it’s basically all that’s around unless your driving 45 minutes more to Texas Roadhouse or Memphis. Definitely not a place for people who like good quality meals and services. I’ll give 0 stars if there was a option!

This place used to be fantastic... now, it's just mediocre. I was very disappointed. The food was hot and fresh, but the quality was lacking. The waitress also failed to apply my friend's senior discount on the bill. There's no longer a salad and dessert bar. When we left, neither of us felt like we got our money's worth.

Shameful to call this place a steak house!!! The only thing good about the food was the baked potato and Texas toast!!! Steak was tough and tasteless!!! My husband had the catfish and it was tough and tasteless as well!!! We will never waste our money or time there again!!!

NY strip was bland. The server was not available a lot. Had to ask another server to help us. Positive is the Ranch dressing was the bomb! The ambiance was ok. Some music was too "metal" for a dinner setting. But all the decor was inviting.
