Placed a mobile order for $39. Went to pick it up inside, was told they were closed at 8:15 pm but, they were filling other orders. I asked about my money back and they refused and would not make the food. Very rude and basically stole my money. Someone needs to do something about these workers and managers. i am so disappointed. Will NEVER go back here again. i hope someone from corporate reaches out about this. I am on disability and cant afford to just lose food or moneuy. The inside smelled like a dirty toilet in there as well. So disgusting

27 minutes in the drive through this morning is absolutely ridiculous. One entire lane of the drive-thru ran out of vehicles before the worker starter working on our lane

I had a great experience at the McDonald’s in Blytheville. The food was good, the place was clean, and the service felt efficient. It’s a reliable stop I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

My large fry was half full. I understand they don't pay the workers there much, but unless the person that got my fries was blind, they're just negligent and didn't care. Super annoying. I really don't see any sort of excuse for this. It's not like they're short on potatoes at McDonald's. If the fries weren't $4 for a large, it wouldn't be that big of a deal.
They weren't busy either and we also got the food while we were inside. This is why I always have to check my food.

Ordered my food missing the most expensive thing I ordered and then I try calling multiple times and no one answers the phone. The app doesn’t seem to have a way to report it at least that I see. And DoorDash won’t let me fix it either. So I recommend not delivering anything. And I also wonder how no Manager or anything is going to answer the phone. I’ve been calling for 20 minutes straight.

I was just passing through on my way home to Texas. This was the worse McDonald's I've ever visited. Customer service was horrible. Couple managers were there. One was running front counter and other was trying to fix the machines that take orders because apparently it was my fault for ordering breakfast which was over 6 minutes before I ordered but no one told me for 20 minutes then after asking for money back manager decided to go talk about me to employees after seeing i was clearly upset. I would never stop here again!

Despite ongoing progress and construction, this McDonald's food was great and on point..Fries were hot and delicious as usual 😋 and Management went all out to correct our order, so I really appreciate that 😀

Smelled like sewer and stood at counter for 15 minutes and had 2 employees walk past 3 times and was never helped! Trash was all in floor!
Last night I stopped by the service was courteous, and prompt. This morning I stopped in for my morning coffee, the service was rude, to the point of the lady was sitting in dining room talking to someone than she was behind the counter serving food? Definitely a place to avoid, no consistency.

They did not give me my sweetest sour sauce. The app does not listen to what you say. They gave me Coke instead of root beer I mean, I don't know what else to do. They have to get together.
