I was just passing through on my way home to Texas. This was the worse McDonald's I've ever visited. Customer service was horrible. Couple managers were there. One was running front counter and other was trying to fix the machines that take orders because apparently it was my fault for ordering breakfast which was over 6 minutes before I ordered but no one told me for 20 minutes then after asking for money back manager decided to go talk about me to employees after seeing i was clearly upset. I would never stop here again!

Despite ongoing progress and construction, this McDonald's food was great and on point..Fries were hot and delicious as usual 😋 and Management went all out to correct our order, so I really appreciate that 😀

Smelled like sewer and stood at counter for 15 minutes and had 2 employees walk past 3 times and was never helped! Trash was all in floor!
Who Cares
Last night I stopped by the service was courteous, and prompt. This morning I stopped in for my morning coffee, the service was rude, to the point of the lady was sitting in dining room talking to someone than she was behind the counter serving food? Definitely a place to avoid, no consistency.

They did not give me my sweetest sour sauce. The app does not listen to what you say. They gave me Coke instead of root beer I mean, I don't know what else to do. They have to get together.
The experience is good. Some days they are busy and that slows down the service but overall a good place to eat.

Well we was kinda in a hurry and hungry so we decided get something quick and go thru the drive thru. As soon. As we pulled in, it was bumper to bumper vehicles waiting and only one order taking speaker working... I was right at the edge and would had to back into the main stretch in the highway and not a good idea due to the amount of traffic. So we sat it out for over 45 minutes, not only that they messed up and dropped my girlfriends order from the main order all together, at least they didn't charge me for it. They were very slow and a lot of the employee's are not there for a thing but a paycheck.... no ketchup for my fries and they must be looking out for everyone's sodium intake as well.
Parking: Lots of spots as you may want to go inside and order because that would be faster....
Wheelchair accessibility: Every restaurant has to have them to be compliant with the law

Me and my wife had breakfast (drive thru) and the food was good but I ordered a large orange juice I paid 3.39 for it. And after tasting it when I got home the orange juice was watered down big time. I went to Kroger for some real orange juice. That's is my only complaint the orange juice!!!
