I asked for an extra toasted grilled cheese and it had no cheese and it was still just colored bread, not toasted. They replaced it with a double cheeseburger and I paid the additional added charge but you could tell it was microwaved. The CarHop was awesome but they need a new cook!

It never fails, the always just started cleaning their ice cream machine right before I ordered! This is not a one time thing, it is every single time! Perfect example, it is 8:40pm and it is ice cream machine cleaning time!

Carhops are usually rude, ice cream in a cup comes out with more ice cream on the cup than in the cup.
