Ordered a drink ahead of time on the app and had a little wait time but nothing too terrible. The service was great however and the employees were very polite. This will definitely be my go to Starbucks!

Two weeks ago I came in and got a drink I didn’t like. I came in today and my friends had mentioned that I didn’t like it. The lady who took our orders had two dog tattoos on each arm. She was the sweetest and gave me a discount. I never got her name but she has such good customer service

Zero Arkansas cups to sell which was why I stopped. Then I was handed a hot drink with no sleeve. When I asked for one she made me wait while she kept working on someone else’s order. Sorry not sorry you finish with the customer before you start someone else’s order.

I dont know who is preparing the drinks this morning but she gave me milk and hot water not once but TWICE...Them said its still gonna be the same amount in it...Naw you dont know how to prepare it....NOBODY she pay for something this horrible. Where's the satisfaction in that. No more!
