Just bought a foot long meatball, got it home and the meatballs was rotten. Meatballs was hard and dark brown like they have been sitting there a couple days. This is the 2nd time ive gotten rotten food from them. Never again will I go back to this location.

Ive been coming to this Subway like twice a week since moving to Blytheville 7 months ago
Always amazing service and friendly staff.
These past couple of times i came theyve treated me unfairly. Idk why.
The last time i went i placed an online order, went to the drive thru like 2 minutes early. They saw me, ignored me. Waited at the drive through for almost half an hour. They werent busy(you can see the rest of the store through the drive through window.) They continued watched us and ignore us. The younger girl at the drive through window, stared at us, and continued to turn her back on us and sit at the window.
I couldnt get off because i had pajamas on, shorts that were a little too short for me to be comfortable to get off in.
I called, they didnt answer.
I called again, immediately hung up.
So I left.
I paid online through the app.
You can’t cancel an order through the app.
I called the store a couple more times because they just hang up.
The one time i got through, the person on the other end told me they were the manager and asked what was wrong. I told them what happened and i wanted a refund. They said they needed to get the manager? And hung up.
I called again. Now theyre yelling at me that they dont want to give me a refund.
I had to contact actually Subway three times and I never heard back.
Waste of $50+
So disappointed because there aren’t a lot of food places here and the one place I’ve been loyal to just stopped caring and decided to be absolute jerks.
I dont want a response saying call or email the store, because i have. And yall have done nothing. I wasted money for food that i never got. I couldn’t get a refund. And yall were just flat out rude.

Ok whoooo are these folks and what happened to the original folks....this food was terrible and I thought they were supposed to ask if you wanted it heated or toasted...they just toasted my sub without asking its so hard I could use it as a drill bit but the kicker is they didnt even give me what i asked for...the bread and food did not taste fresh...zero stars..

I ordered through the App, with a tip, and I make a simple request when placing the order to cut the sandwich in half and wrap the halves separately as it makes it a lot easier and less messy to eat in the car while I am driving. So I walk into the shop and was not greeted with a hello or anything and I said I had an order to pick-up. The girl handed my sandwich across the counter and that was it with no thank from her for the order or coming in. I get a few miles down the road and take my sandwich out and you can see in the picture what I received. Not cut and of course not wrapped separately. Employees were happy to take a tip on the order but could not pay attention to the details to get my order right. And also no napkins were put in the bag on a to go order? That is the problem when you tip in advance of service there is no incentive to earn one then!

had a wrap from here and got food poisoning the next day. threw up four times and couldn’t stomach anything. i know too many people eating here that have also gotten sick, shame that this place is still open
