This place is Sad .. a basic very minimal type of job and they can't even do that right . Missing food and all food made wrong both times I tried this place. Out of all types of drinks. Advertising meals they don't have . Missing food .. asked for no sour cream and they put so much I couldn't even wipe it out to eat it...

Would not take our orders. we had to use chaos to place an order while she sat there and watched us. Walked out only Taco Bell, i have been to that would not take order a counter.

I got ripped off and didn’t get what I paid for. Ordered online, got to the rest and waited. Watched 3 cars go through the drive through and asked how long. She said “they’re working on it now” waited 10 more minutes and asked again, the mgr checks the little screen and IT WASNT EVEN ON THERE! 20 minutes and they haven’t even started, no one else is even in the restaurant the whole time, only drive through. So now they start on my order and tell me another 5 min later they can’t make chalupas, so whatever just I’ve me some damn gorditas. 33 minutes into this I finally get my “fast” food (yes I’m timed the whole thing, life 360 is very useful) get home and the Gorditas we’re supposed steak, I got chicken and I’m missing a quesadilla! Worthless

Went inside, ordered on the kiosk, paid with card. Waited for 1 HOUR 39 MINUTES just for them to ask was it ok for me NOT to have tomatoes or lettuce on ANYTHING I ordered… I told them I just wanted a REFUND because we had been there so long. I was the 3rd person to get a refund AFTER the register quit freezing up. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! Everyone was LOCKED inside by an employee so no one else could come in!!!

We went through the drive thru a little before noon, but our order was made incorrectly. We went inside, and we were told that they had a lot of new staff that they were training. The manager made sure to correct the order and went above and beyond to make sure we left satisfied. Best experience at any Taco Bell location ever

I go in there door dashing and waiting 45 minutes I had to cancel the order so I spent 45 minutes standing inside the lobby and lost out on pay and my time and a lady was waiting over 30 minutes on her food she decided she wanted a refund but they wouldn't give it to her instead they told her her food is coming
No meat on any of my orders even when we paid for extra meat and unsanitary employees arguing with each other will never eat there again even if was free

My Doritos lochos was good. My soft taco was cold. My mom’s fries had no seasoning, and her taco was cold. It took 4 times to get the order right and the manager dropped my dads burrito on the floor and there was beard hair on my taco

Ordered a crun wrap Supreme with beef, zero meat or sour cream in the thing! Didn't have time to go back because my lunch break was almost over. So disappointing.... these are usually one of my favorite items , but today they really dropped the ball
