I ordered online to pick up. My first seven minutes at the counter, nobody even spoke to me. After another few minutes someone asked if I had ordered. They finally started working on my order I had placed and paid for 30 minutes earlier. Order was wrong when handed to me 40 minutes later. It was a wadded up ball of cheese and mush in a flour tortilla, which was supposed to be a quesadilla. Paid for sauce that I never got. They are always slow when I go, not sure why I give them another chance from time to time?

I placed the order on the app and was shocked when the app told me that I would have to wait 25 minutes for my food because there was no one in the restaurant at that time. In the meantime lots of people came in and waited right along with me. Finally, 14 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready they served me. The employees were all standing around yelling at each other. The front counter was filthy. The drink station was very dirty. And tables in the restaurant we're also dirty. If I had known it would be this bad I would have never stopped at this place!

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have EVER been to. I go about once every couple months in hopes they've gotten better, instead I get an uncut quesadilla a mobile order that I arrived 30 mins after order and it still had not been started. On top of they they must've put an abundance of cheese in the bean burritos as half the cheese was not fully melted/mixed into the burrito.

Went through the drive through one person ahead of us waited over 15 minutes. People at the drive through were very rude. And they didn't get the order right forgot, nacho chips and cheese.

Not been having good luck with tacobells lately. I guess I should just take my business elsewhere

Taco Bell in Blytheville Arkansas needs a new night crew. They are all rude and disrespectful, when you say something about your order being wrong, they want to argue with you because there too lazy to do their job correctly. When someone pays almost 50$ for fast food they want their order correct. I shouldn't have to argue with the person at the window about what i ordered. MT dew was completely out i tried to tell the girl working at the window and she says no that's mt dew like Hunny last time i checked mt dew was GREEN NOT CLEAR LIKE WATER. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT JOB IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.

Matt, Trinity, and Zendaya were awesome here. It must have been obvious that I'm not the kiosk guy. They were more than happy to OFFER to take my order and not wait for me to grumble angrily while I try to figure it out. They did not scimp on the ingredients and all the fixins were fresh out on the line. This made eating at taco bell enjoyable in stead of a last resort when traveling.

Management, recognize these guys for how they operate even on a Sunday night at 9:30. This team is awesome!

They literally dont keep up on the drinks tell people they have a 30 minute wait and then get upset cause people tell them they need more workers and they say they r not hiring

This place is a real joke I can't even give it a star at all there lobby is always closed and there service is vary poor not to mention that there attitude is vary crappie towards there costumers what ever happened to good costumer service I think they need to just close it down

They’re always slow taking orders closing lobby and still having long wait in drive through. I waited a good twenty minutes minutes with only three cars in line
