I have ordered the chicken salad and what I got in return just veggies, I mean I paid for just vegetables and bread. They just put only 2 % chicken in bowl . Disgusting

I have been to a few Zaxby's in the last few months and their chicken seems to be scrawny and the storefronts seem not well kept.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes and no one took our order. 3 different employees saw us, then turned their backs, and acted like they didn't see us. Terrible service. Zero stars

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, waited for a half an hour for 3 pieces of chicken and a sandwhich. Got a refund at the 30 min point, watched people after get food. Watched car after car in the drive thru line get orders. DO NOT GO HERE.

It’s not worth it to pay the high price for delivery when the dumb ass people that works for these restaurants pretty much screw you over and not make the order right or they won’t send and catch up and napkins and like if you get the gallon of tea they won’t send a cup of ice I completely hate the delivery service, especially from this place.
