Food took forever. Staff seemed more interested in socializing than helping guests. Took me a long time to get the attention of staff just to get another fork. My #3 was not what the pictures led me to believe. The tenders were about the same size as the boneless wings-no joke. Salads were good though.Tables weren’t clean, and we almost couldn’t find the place because all the outside lights were off. Place looked vacant…maybe on purpose? Waited almost 1/2 hour for food.

I had never eaten at a Zaxby's and was curious to try their food. Zaxby's is a national chain with a focus on Chicken and Fried Chicken and they also have other items on the menu as well. The staff was great and helpful and answered my questions about the food and suggested I try the Grilled Chicken Zalad from the 'Asian Zensations' menu as I wanted to see what all the hype was about.The Asian Zensation Zalad is a mixed greens salad with grilled marinaded chicken and comes with an egg roll. The chicken is served with a honey sesame teriyaki glaze, made with soy sauce, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, honey, brown sugar and wonton strips. The egg roll is marketed as hand-rolled in a crispy wonton wrapper, filled with shredded cabbage, carrots, green onion and seasoning and served with Zaxby's signature Sweet & Spicy sauce.The 'Zalad' lacked greens but came with a very healthy portion size of chicken. The egg roll tasted like it was a frozen egg roll that was heated up. I would give this salad 3.5 stars overall for its price range and flavours.The Restaurant itself has plenty of seating and the walls are adorned with sports memorabilia from the local sports teams, which give the interior a homey feel. There weren't a whole lot of people in the restaurant but there were many cars lined up in the drive though. Zaxby's is one of the only Fast Food options in the Blytheville area with a focus on Chicken.Parking: Lots of Spaces to park, many orders from the drive through.

So where do I begin we have ate at other Zaxby a couple times in other states and this one is the worst I have seen it was a bunch of young kids working there and they were more worried about talking to other kids that came in all the manual soda machines were out, ice machine was out,napkin dispensers were empty,straw wrappers all over the counter,some tables were dirty,both ice tea machines were empty, the restaurant was a nasty they never did address any of the issues I stated I think they need a adult manager it was like a social club for kids will never go back

First, let me start by saying that their food is not fresh. The oil they use to cook the food is old. My fries come out brown all the time i come to this location. I have complained to the manager several times to stop using old oil. I will not be returning to this location anymore.

I eat at Zaxby’s regularly. This place it the WORST franchise location. DO NOT EAT HERE!Zaxby’s is known for their sauce. I ordered 3 extra sauces and it barely covered the bottom of the container. When I complained I told that this is how they do it at this location.

Go thru the drive thru they hold you up before the window. Cars behind you get angry at you because you didn't pull up. Another way t o cheet the restaurant timers...
