Stopped in after a long day in Jonesboro. Tried a few stalls that didn't have a working order screen. Found a nice little spot at the end of the stalls reserved for mobile ordering.

Ordered a bit too much for my oldest daughter and I (My youngest was fully asleep, I owe her Sonic in the near future 😓). We got a large chili cheese tots and a large cheesy fries. Food was great and super duper warm. We loved it. It was way too much us though. šŸ˜…

Completely forgot to order drinks. We had the sweetest, nicest carhop ever. He deserves a raise for sure.

We're just passing through. There weren't any other cars in the drive through ahead of us. We waited for quite some time before someone came on the speaker. Again when we waited at the window to pay. I guess they wait until the food is done before taking payment because she came to the window with the complete order and then proceeded to accept payment. Anyways, I ordered a number one smasher. When I picked it up, my fingers sunk into a greasy bottom bun. It instantly ran down my hand. The box is soaked with grease, I mean soaked. I couldn't eat the bottom bun. The sweet tea, it tasted like it was made with tap water.

Went and got lunch paid on the stall when she came out she said it didn’t go through, so we repaid for our lunch. Both charges went through. Carhop told us if both went through that manager would give us a refund on one of the charges. Called next day after charges went through and manager said she doesn’t know why carhop said that she can’t for sure give us a refund. She would have to check it out and call me back by the end of the day. Never called me back. Called multiple times she’s ā€œ not thereā€ everytime I call now. I work in a restaurant industry and I know she can give refunds. It’s just a long process, so sounds to me like she’s just lazy. Moral of the story don’t pay on the stall. U will end up paying 60$ for a 30$ meal.

Typically, the food here is great. Service is always good. That being said, the bacon burrito I received this morning was absolutely terrible. Like... Vegetable Omlet MRE terrible for any of you military / Veterans out there. Tasted like it was 3+ days old. Couldn't even eat half the burrito. And I'm not picky when it comes to food... burrito was just that bad. Money wasted.

This is the second time I have been to this location. The burger meat was awful. You could tell it had been in the warmer a while and it was cold. I threw over half of it away. The veggies on the burger where fresh but they have got to do better with the meat.
