Typically, the food here is great. Service is always good. That being said, the bacon burrito I received this morning was absolutely terrible. Like... Vegetable Omlet MRE terrible for any of you military / Veterans out there. Tasted like it was 3+ days old. Couldn't even eat half the burrito. And I'm not picky when it comes to food... burrito was just that bad. Money wasted.

This is the second time I have been to this location. The burger meat was awful. You could tell it had been in the warmer a while and it was cold. I threw over half of it away. The veggies on the burger where fresh but they have got to do better with the meat.

The fries and burgers were not freshly prepared, they were cold and they just didn't taste good. I couldn't eat 1/2 of my food, usually the food is good there in Bono.

I ordered on the app yesterday on my way to work. I arrived checked in they immediately brought my order to me. I drove off and reached into my bag, my tots were warm and tough like they had been setting for a while. I tried my chicken bites one order was perfect the other was like my tots, just warm and tough. I have never had as many unhappy experiences with any other sonic, it is only the one in Bono. I would have taken it back, except I had to be at work.
