I WOULD NOT GO HERE IF I WERE YOU! This place is absolute trash, and the staff are downright disrespectful. Had two orders that specifically said NO Ketchup, not only did the order have ketchup but it didn't have any of the other items I requested to be on it. What if I or my loved one was allergic to tomatoes? What if we took a bite and went into shock because of your carelessness? When we went back to have them correct our order they got very noticeably frustrated by us confronting them about their mistakes and became extremely rude, the guy at the window (he's a white guy, tall, longish hair, mustache) treated us very poorly and then when he “corrected” the order he only gave us back one burger. This behavior is unprofessional and needs to be addressed. And I will be contacting the manager in the morning.

I stopped in for coffee. My heavens I couldn't drink it because of the nasty, long, discolored, filthy fingernails of the woman working the front register. I paid nearly $3 for coffee that I took out and dropped into the trashcan on the way to the car. Who's in charge of hygiene down there? It's been a long time since I tried our McDonald's in town. It will be much longer before I try that again.

I am seriously done with this McDonald’s… every time (and no I am not exaggerating) we order from here, they mess it up and leave out things that we order and pay for. We live outside of town so by the time we realize, I’m not spending the gas to go all the way back to fix it. Orders go through the food workers, and it’s the window person’s job to make sure it’s all there before handing it out the window. And when you’re in the middle of a rush, I’m not going to sit in your drive thru to check, and back you up even further. Maybe I should have, but I honestly shouldn’t have to do it (literally) every time.

Order is never right, I order a steak breakfast sandwich and get a chicken McGriddle. I ordered a Big Mac the other day and the ingredients were just thrown in the box with the make sauce on top like it was a salad.
7 mins for a six piece is insane. No wasn't busy, 2 in drive, 2 in lobby.. I know that evening crews times are horrible.

Ever since they got a new general manager nothing gets done right the food or anything, we sat in the line for 20 minutes eating on a burger and small fries then got told to pull forward then waited another 15 minutes it's ridiculous ?

The drive thru wait times are insane. And I don't know if the girl was having a bad day or what, but it was the absolute most sour person at the window. Not hateful or mean just sour. I know it's gotta get stressful but at least smile and act like you are having a decent day.

Got my order wrong 3 times and couldn't return a fourth time..so when I got my order today I was given the wrong burger for the 4 the time..had to wait as my fries got cold for the 5th burger which was finally right
