Not the best experience were from out of state visiting and the lady whom took out order for us didn’t complete the order into their system having us wait nearly 30-40 min just to get our order placed.
The atmosphere needs to be updated with new technology for customers to place their orders accordingly.

If I could give no stars I WOULD! My kids wanted to go to sonic to get a blue juice (ocean water). We get there and I order a creamy mustard wrap… they’re out. Then I order a hickory burger… they’re out. Then I order the kids ocean waters….. they come out to the vehicle they’re out!!!! Then to add insult to injury my kids don’t even get a toy in their wacky pack meals. They got a coupon. What in the world are my pre k age children going to do with a coupon???? Surprised this location is still open

They never keep anything in stock and they told me they didn’t have toffee anymore and so I ordered a cold brew and they put toffee in my cold brew it’s disgusting they didn’t give me anything with my pretzel do not recommend

Undercooked food and dirty restaurants . I've been going downhill ever since new management. Needs to take pointers from mansfield management.
Wish i could remove my tip, place was swarming with flies, order taker struggled with the order, when we got it the BLT had no bacon, the new smashburger i ordered was actually just a normal double cheeseburger but only had onions and pickles, and they gave us no condiments in the bag. Yikes.

Thought I ordered chicken tenders, not chicken bites. If you want to be surprised, then order the 5pc chicken tenders, and they will be about the size of 2 tatertots.

I took my grandsons here the other day they left out one of their fries and my drink was mixed up I asked for vanilla and sweet cream no lime well they added lime and a lot I couldn't drink it,they repeated everything I said and it was still wrong
