We just came from Taco Bell. 2/1/26 6:30 pm While waiting after ordering we were positioned to watch the kitchen. TWICE the guy fixing the orders coughed open-mouthed on the orders he was preparing right in front of him. No effort to turn his head or cover his mouth. Disgusting. Another lady came in and had waited 20 minutes for a large order and then they didn't get her order right and she had to come back inside. She was not happy and even came over to where we were sitting (never met her before) to complain to us. And I noticed there was trash (white papers of some type) on the floor in the food prep area. Management needs to tighten up. BTW, the place was nearly empty.

I should not have to stand at the register for 30 entire minutes before my order is taken if thereās people in the drive through then the other two men standing around should be taking orders, one was even on his phone while orders were being made. UPDATE: I literally stood there for like an hour waiting for my food and they STILL FORGOT HALF MY FOOD???? What is GOING ON HERE

First time having KFC in a bit. Food was good, I got hot wings. Would have been better earlier, but I knew what I was getting I to ordering at 8pm

Been waiting in the drive thru since 6:28 pm, it is now 6:59 and weāre still waiting on two sandwiches and a burritoā¦? Itās like this every time we come here and 9 times out of 10 they either forget something or get our order wrong. I really donāt know how this place is still running.

We had to wait to give our order, the girl was less than friendly, then every vehicle that comes through is asked to pull over and park, having to wait 15-20 min. THEN after all that, our order was WRONG.
