I ordered some stickers on December 1, 2023 and today is January 2, 2024. I received and order number and an email saying package is waiting for USPS pick up. I really give this place a zero rating. I called several times and all I get is a voicemail. I left several messages and never have received an answer. Do not order from this company.

I placed an order on September 30, 2023 and did receive a order number but that is it....its now October 21, 2023 and I am yet to get what i paid for. The company is terrible, noone answers the phone and noone gets back to you if you reply back from an email. I will never order anything from them again. And will tell everyone not to. I just want my note cards I bought. And they are not home made....what a rip off

I placed and order for cards from Roses and Teacups. The charges immediately went through on my CC but a month later I still had not receiving my cards. I left three messages without response. I opened a complaint through my payment source. Suddenly, Roses and Teacups did reach out to me and immediately corrected the issue. Thank you Roses and Teacups.

I have placed an order over a 7 weeks ago. I have called them 4 times. No one ever answers the phone. Don't waste your time on this company. I am going to ask for accountability & an investigation into this company. I have emailed, called. Nothing!! Just now while I'm posting they have the audacity to say "you got any thing more to add?" The customer service stinks, and your company couldn't sink any lower than a Whale's p****

I placed an order on December 29, 2021. My credit card was charged but I never received the merchandise. In fact when I view my order on their website it says paid but unfulfilled. I have called several times but no one ever answers. Ileft voicemail asking them to contact me. I've also sent an email and sent a PM to their Facebook page. It is now February 19, and no one from this company has responded and I still don't have the merchandise or a refund. I would be very cautious about placing an order with them. This is my first and last order with this company. Buyer beware.

Love my teacups! I ordered 48 teacups and 48 saucers. They arrived perfectly packed and not one of them was broken!

Had to threaten them on Facebook to receive my order. Waited a month for my order. No one would answer the phone and the email came back saying it was a bad email address. After I complained on Facebook, my order was sent the next day. Order from here at your own risk.

I placed an order on June 12 and need it as a birthday gift for this weekend. I've called the number and it just transfers to a full mailbox. After sending an email with a read receipt on it, I was finally provided with an answer. Julie assisted with expediting the order and I will be able to have it on time for the event I needed it for.

If there was something like a "no star" option, I'd go for that :( Have ordered from them before - they used to have slow delivery, but it got to us. Now; We got no shipment details, after a month - and a few e-mails - they replied that it was to be shipped... And that they'd send tracking number. But unfortunately it was all just lies. After that no reply to emails, facebook messages or messages left on the answering machine. And (of course/unfortunately) no money refunded. Stay clear!!
