We stopped by the McDonald’s in Brinkley for a simple treat — hot coffee and an apple pie. Unfortunately, the coffee came out barely warm — the kind you can sip immediately without even a flinch. Same story with the apple pie: just lukewarm, not the fresh-from-the-oven warmth you expect.
Service was fine, but when you’re ordering items that are supposed to be hot, temperature matters. This location needs to step up its quality control so customers get what they actually paid for — hot coffee and a hot pie.

Stopped through on a road trip. Our order was missing an item. Had to wait for the employees to stop yelling jokes at each other in the back to come up front and correct it.

Horrible! No toilet paper,no soap. All trash cans were over flowing and stacked in floor. Even in stalls. I definitely wasn't going to eat there.

The overall experience at this location was really disappointing. There were dirty, smelly mops and cleaning tools left out in the open, right next to the seating area. Seeing that in a place where people eat is unacceptable. It kills your appetite and shows a lack of basic hygiene standards.
On top of that, one of the employees had her hair completely loose and messy while handling food. There’s no way to be sure her hair isn’t falling into the meals. This is a clear sign that management is not paying attention to hygiene rules or employee appearance.
The restroom was also in terrible condition, but I couldn’t even take photos because it was that bad. It honestly made the whole experience worse.
This location really needs to improve its cleanliness, hygiene, and overall organization. In its current state, it does not feel clean or trustworthy at all.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Rude uninterested staff, sitting on their phones at 6am knowing customers are waiting at kiosk with no bother in the world. One staff member looked up from his phone and looked at me and my husband just to put his head back down and start scrolling again. If you dont want the job give it to someone worthy of it. Cross the street and go to waffle house.

This place has 3.2 stars FOR A REASON! Avoid this place like you'd Avoid a plague! Bathroom was destroyed so don't plan on using it unless its an emergency and even then I'd proceed with caution. All I ordered was a coffee with milk and sugar and I got cream and sugar which I would have drank if cream didn't make me use the toilet in a BAD way so the girl remade it for me and in return gave me a black coffee, then remade it again only to then get a coffee with milk and no sugar 🙃 as I was waiting for my coffee, 2 ppl in less than 2 minutes came in requesting their messed up orders be fixed. Well if the workers in the back weren't literally laying on the counter and were paying attention to what they were doing they wouldn't have to redo their jobs multiple times in a row! This place is the epiphany of not giving a hoot about their work! Mosey on folks you'll be glad you did!

Look, I know it's only McDonald's but this particular restaurant was about the worst McDonald's I've been to anywhere in the world. The floors were filthy, my shoes actually stuck to it. The toilets were disgusting. Urine everywhere. Sinks hadn't been cleaned. No paper. The drinks machines had no syrup in them. The food was served cold. The staff in the kitchen were standing around chatting and playing with their braids. Avoid this place if you can.
