Probably the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. Super slow, super rude. No sweat tea, so we ordered Dr. Pepper, and they rang in a diet. Could not even drink that it was so much soda water, you could tell it was not mixed properly just by looking at it. Wouldn't know what the bottled milk tasted like because we didn't get it. Sad when your spouse is too afraid to ask for the right drinks because they think you may retaliate. Not much more I hate than wasting our money. Only saving grace was the fries were good.

Stopped by here while traveling on the way home. The restaurant was a disaster. They basically shut the drive through down so we had to come inside and then the employees were just loudly arguing. Sad really - if I hadn’t done a mobile order and already paid I would have just left

The 2nd window cashier tonight was awful!!! After driving home 20 miles from the restaurant as I sat down to eat, I noticed that half of my order wasnt even placed into my bag😡 called both numbers listed on my receipt and got a machine both times. Aside from McDonald's on Broadway in North Little Rock, Brinkley McDonald's has got to be the worst in the state!!! Some of you public service workers don't even look like you should be allowed to cook other people's foods if I'm being honest...yet here we are letting y'all screw up our meals...and some of you could really have a little pride in yourselves and your job! Y'all want that paycheck but wanna be the worst person to have to deal with while you're standing behind that counter!I was scammed outta a $7 sandwich. And yes, I'm mad about 7 bucks...and the principal, of course!!! Every experience here sucks....and has for years... One day I'll just quit giving the benefit of the doubt and letting my stomach make the decisions....everyone in that location needs trained over again.
