The only good thing about this McDonald's was there bathroom was 1/2 way clean. The food tasted like it was left in the oil ( had chicken nuggets and fries) and the fries were unsalted without requesting it.

There was a problem with my app order (I’m not really sure what the problem was) and they very quickly fixed the problem with my order. The three workers that I had the pleasure of dealing with were amazing communicators with myself as well as each other. It’s a high stress job working in fast food, but those 3 are killing it. I wish I had gotten names because they need to be recognized and they deserve a raise.

I like McDonalds. I love their fries and their Chicken nuggets are usually pretty good. Well, not at this McDonalds (at least in the late evening shift). The fries were soggy and unsalted. The chicken nuggets were just okay. The food definately wasn't fast. Put it on our do not visit again list.

The manager on duty should have made a female quit eating her food over the counter where you pay for the food and pick up your food , disgusting food falling out of this persons mouth all over the counter and had no respect whatsoever. and another one at the middle of the restaurant missed their mouth and food all over the floor and table like they was raised in a barn, I will never go back there again.

Stopped here during an 8 hour trip. It was a decent visit. Store was clean and the food was pretty unremarkable. My McDoubles were caked in condiments which made for a very sloppy meal. The staff weren't exceptional, just okay which is fine.For a quick bite, I recommend here. There's hardly any other option in Brinkley.

Went in here today to grab my toddler breakfast as we are on a trip. Went inside to let him use the restroom & I ordered our food on the app. Noticed there was a lot of people waiting and then all of a sudden you hear screaming in the kitchen. Apparently workers got into a fight. My toddler immediately got overwhelmed & started crying which made the screaming worse. Never have I ever been in a restaurant at 9am and heard what I heard. Manager needs to get a handle on employees. Had I not already paid we would have left.

Ordered at kiosk, mc Cafe machine was down, manager let me know it wasn't working. No problem, problem was, she wasn't happy when I didn't want to pay the price of the drink I ordered for the price of an ice coffee instead. No I'm not paying $5+ for an ice coffee, so her attitude ensued along with another female hourly employee. Upper management may want to check their employees a little better....

This McDonald's is the halfway point between me and Little Rock. I stop here often and have never been disappointed. Food is always hot and fresh, bathrooms are always clean. The employees are always night and in their game, serving customers.
