Got my food quick! The customer service who took my order could use a little coaching, they just need to ask for the correct spelling for names so they know their getting the name right.

Wonderful lady was a one person show and she did very well. The building is very hard to see and if it weren’t for putting in the address in google maps, we’d never had found it. Food was excellent!

I called the store at 10:25 PM, and it seemed like my call was transferred to a call center. The person told me they did offer delivery and that I just needed to hold to be connected to the store. After almost 10 minutes on hold, my call was disconnected.
I called back, and the store answered directly, telling me they don’t offer delivery. At the end of it all, I realized it was the store answering my calls the whole time they just didn’t want to help, likely because they were close to closing.
If the staff doesn’t want to work past a certain time, they should speak with management and have the store officially close earlier, rather than turning customers away through dishonesty. I’m a truck driver, and after 10+ hours on the road, all I wanted was a decent meal. This kind of treatment is unfair not just to me, but to anyone trying to support your business late in the day.

They told me to pull around the front and someone would bring out my pizza. I waited about 10min no one showed up so I went back through the drive-through and picked up my Pizza I felt like they had me waiting for nothing

Placed a delivery online and they changed it to a pick up and refused to give me a discount and got a call stating they no longer deliver to my area. Pizza hut sucks

Now that's good delivery service, the wings was hot and fresh and the pizza was hot and fresh and not burnt and the delivery man was soo soo cool, I gave him a $15 tip, when I'm back here i will be ordering my food from this joint frfr!!
