Gail was such a delite showing everyone how to order and assisting guests however they needed it. This is a new concept Taco Bell and she made this transition very enjoyable and entertaining. Way to go Gail.

Literally, the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. Had to place my own order at a kiosk, Ordered extra beef and nacho cheese On a few items paid extra, Did not receive The extra and I think I got shorted on the regular portions. All meats were not up to temps And the nachos Belgrade had a funky aftertaste like the cheese and chips were old. As long as Taco Bell requires its customers to place their order on kiosses themselves. I will no longer support or visit their establishment.

This Taco Bell is no different than the other. The help acted like they are pissed off having to work. Bathroom was nasty. Hopefully itâll get better being a new Taco Bell.

Horrible first of all says they were open turns out i had to wait a half hour (they very rude old black lady made sure to tell me they werenât open yet) so i wait until they open i go in to order not only can they not make what because of broke equipment. when i chose a different option she decides to say she doesnât have change for a 20. along with all this she was VERY rude

My husband and I stopped next door for a break decided to get our normal from taco bell 2 steak grilled cheese burritos and 2 seasoned beef grilled cheese burritos. We have stopped and got this same exact order across the country. When we walked in we had to hollar 4 times to find someone to serve us. The order did not take long at all to make. The tortillas were stale and disgusting.the grilled cheese that was supposed to be melted on top peeled away when we opened the wrapping. The food was quite cold. I would give this place less stars if I could.
This place is terrible. The tortillas chips were stale. The food didnât taste right. I threw it away after only a few bites. If I could good give it zero stars I would.

The last 3 times I have I have went through the drive thru, they have told me I have to come inside to order, 2 of those times there was someone in front of me who was able to place their order ??ââď¸ I believe they do this in hopes the customers leave. When I do âsuccessfullyâ place an order, I have to wait 20 minutes at minimum and half of the food is cold despite our waiting.
