I placed to go order of three chicken burritos now when I start eating and I see there’s no chicken inside it’s just rice and cheese this is so disgusting I’m so far away now I’m throwing it. this is not the wrong order all other sides beverages are the same. They just made it wrong burritosP lol

The kiosk you have to order on suck and they always get my order wrong. I have seen several elderly ppl that did not know how to use kiosk and no employees would help.

I'm a truck driver I'm working the night shift I stopped to get some gas and well I noticed that across the street there was a Taco Bell I went to the door and to my surprise they were still hungry I saw that there were two black people one on the phone and the other I think recommended some things inside the store anyway after they saw me I had to wait about 5 minutes because neither of them moved to help me after that one of them approached the door and said something which I didn't understand because the door was closed after I told her I couldn't hear her she spoke to the door and with a face of not wanting to do anything told me that it was closed to the public and I tried to explain to her that I couldn't go through the outside window because I didn't have a car and well I couldn't finish explaining the situation since she closed the door again and didn't answer me you tell me what you think about customer service 0/10

I placed an online order at 11pm. when i went to go pick it up, they threw a refund paper at my husbands face and said “were not making that order” and shut the doors in his face, and when he tried to go inside to have a conversation to see if he can make any changes or why they weren’t making it they all hid in the back and ignored him. very disrespectful, rude late staff DONT GO HERE

I frequent this location as a truck driver. Stopped there this evening and was met at the door by a young lady that works there. She told me I couldn’t park in their parking lot even though I was the only vehicle parked in the lot. Not sure if she has something against truck drivers or white men but either way I will never stop there again.

Gail was such a delite showing everyone how to order and assisting guests however they needed it. This is a new concept Taco Bell and she made this transition very enjoyable and entertaining. Way to go Gail.
